Although our a/c unit is only 8 years old and they’ve had to come out twice since installation they have been very fair and reasonable to work with me to figure out the problem.

Being new to the area, I relied on calling the place with the sticker on my furnace! I lucked out because TMI was her pretty quickly just a few days after I moved in July when the central air didn’t work. They quickly resolved the issue. When it was time for the heating system to be checked and cleaned, it was a no-brainer to call TMI again, and again they guys were professional and got the job done right! I’ll likely be a TMI customer for life. Thanks!

I pay a monthly service and I must give it a 99-100. It has saved me money. All of the people that have been to my house were all professional and courteous. Why a 99, because I wish they could hire more staff members to get to more customers.

Most plumbers ghosted me. TMI was responsive and got my pipes fixed quickly.

My water heater started leaking and needed to be replaced. I had the appointment a couple of days later. Juan came out. Diagnosed the problem with the old water heater. He explained the pricing for a new one. I have to say, he was very professional and extremely efficient. The new water was up and running in 2hrs. He showed me how to read the panel with error codes if there is a problem. I am very pleased TMI and with Juan.

I called for service on a leaking water heater and they scheduled an appointment for the very next morning (although they do offer emergency appointments and could have come same day for an extra fee). The technician, Juan, was on time, courteous, and had a diagnosis in just a few minutes. I was very satisfied with the service I received.

Prompt, polite, fast service with a patient explanation of what was wrong, how much it would cost to fix (affordable), and a summary at the end. I can't think of how it could have gone better, thank you!

Jaun was very professional and extremely kind. We were gettin g work done to satisfy our buyer purchasing our home. He took his time to review the repair request we had to ensure all was met. He did an outstanding job. The report had all the details I needed and the price was very reasonable. The work looks great!

Not happy here 15 min and told me my refrigerator was no good and not repairable without costing me close to 2,000 dollars. And the reason didn't make sense to me considering it's moisture that will keep it from ever working again. How do you defrost a refrigerator without moisture?
