So thankful to the 72 Degrees team, Aaron, Keith, Pat, Josiah and John. Aaron for figuring out what was wrong with my old A/C unit, Keith informing me of my options and Pat, Josiah and John for their part installing my new furnace, air conditioner and water heater. Very happy with the time, effort and considerable care in wearing foot coverings and cleaning up after themselves, explaining what they did, why and things I needed to know. I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend their services. Won't know how well everything works right away but for today, already feeling more comfortable than the old system and much less noise than before. Highly recommend them.

Pat, Josiah, Dave and Andrew did a fantastic job installing new Furnace, AC and Water Heater. Their attention to detail and expertise truly exceeded my expectations. Pat, Josiah, and David did a great job installing our new HVAC system! Keep me informed along the way, explained how the new system functions! Very polite! Cleaned up at the end - spotless! I had a special request to shift the new hot water heater a few feet over to make extra space for our laundry area. They would great about accommodating the request. The install looks great and works like a charm!

Chad, JP and David did a great job installing our new air conditioners and furnaces (2 of each)! The old upstairs furnace was VERY heavy and they handled it like the pros they are! I cannot recommend them highly enough! I have used 72 Degrees for many years now and am extremely pleased with the service I've always received from them...best company in the Des Moines Metro Area hands down! Very responsive, ethical and professional! I wouldn't use any other company!

After Alberto came out for a service call, which found the A/C system to have failed; Pat, Josiah, and John installed a new A/C and furnace at my home this week. Excellent job across the board. Professional, respectful, hard working crews - wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys. Very pleased with their work!

Arrived on time. Worked efficiently. Were able to keep our house cool despite a very hot day . Dave and Pat made sure we understood how our new system worked and advised us to call if an issues arose. Cleaned up the work area. We are very pleased.

Alberto Saldana was our Service Tech. Very friendly and professional. Good communication before arriving and was right on time. Determined the issue very quickly and made the repairs. Was here for less than an hour. We are very impressed and pleased!

Pat and Josiah installed a new HVAC system in our home. They were very professional and did a great job installing. They took the time to do a walk around and educate us on the new system upon completion.

We can not say enough great things about 72 degrees and the employees we have dealt with. From talking to the receptionist who answers the phone (she was like talking to a friend or family member) to the two service guys, Luke W. and Sam Yeager
Luke W. and Sam Yeager came today to change out our thermostat. They explained everything they did and were very courteous and friendly! I highly doubt this company!!

Dan and Josiah replaced a 21 yr old Bradford and White hot water heater for us with a similar model. They were exceptional and were available ahead of scheduled time which worked well for us. They were very professional and proficient and went above and beyond with some special requests that we had. Thank you 72 Degrees and thank you Dan and Josiah!
