The gentlemen performing the replacement of my HVAC system were very professional, personable and competent. Two things marred the operation. First was the required signature on two documents which I trustingly signed without having been informed what they were and without receiving copies. Secondly the rather expensive smart thermostat did what it was supposed to do except that it is reading 4 or 5 degrees too high after having checked two other thermometers. After having spent nearly $12,000 one would expect better. Now waiting to see what the response or fix will be.

Daniel came to do furnace maintenance. Called ahead of time of arrival and was prompt. Professional and clean. Answered all questions and checked what I asked. He carried the supplies on his truck for what he needed. Great service! Thank!

Sam was great and very thorough in explaining what was going on with our furnace. He even helped troubleshoot our new wireless thermostat that we recently installed.

Had 72 degrees install a new Furnace and AC unit. The installation crew was the best I have seen, so well organized they were done two hours early. Chad and his partner were extremely knowledgeable about the Lenox equipment and went above and beyond in taking care of our needs. Andrew was knowledgeable about the system we wanted to buy and the whole process was so seamless. Total installation was about 3 hours. I have used this company for years and have tried others...I would recommend 72 degrees to anyone needing HVAC service or replacement!

I have nothing but good things to say about Keith and Chad. Keith came out to inspect my current system and recommend suitable replacements. He pointed out several potential issues and presented a solution that was easy to understand. He even helped Chad with the install. Chad had the new system up and running very quickly. He explained the changes he made to the heating settings (installed by the previous owner) and vents.

Did I want to install a new AC unit, no. With my previous unit being almost 40 years old I knew it was time to replace it and the team at 72 Degrees made it a painless process. Give them a call for any HVAC needs.

Alberto was very prompt and professional. I had plenty of notice of when he would arrive, which is much appreciated. He was able to look over our system and pointed out a potential issue. He is very knowledgeable and was able to guess what the repair would cost, then he did some digging to confirm the cost (which happened to be just below what he thought). He ran to get the part and completed the visit in a very timely manner. Scheduling the appointment was very simple and all of the employees I interacted with were excellent.
