Pat, Josiah and David from 72 Degrees installed a new Furnace/AC in my home and did a great job. They took care to not scratch or damage wood floors and carpeting and everything was very clean when they left. They spent time explaining everything they were doing, showed me the changes they were making to get things to code, and how the new thermostat worked. Worked with Keith initially who walked through my options and give me a quote for the new system. They were all very professional and great to work with. I had gotten an estimate from another company but they did not point out the areas that were not to code and were planning to reuse some non-compliant PVC piping, so I think this is where 72 Degrees stands out.

The best service! Called at 3pm today when my furnace wasn't working. We're premier members simply by getting out furnace and air tuned up each year. A technician was out by 4:30pm. Cleaned out a clogged plug for no charge and my heat was back on by 5pm. I really couldn't have asked for better customer service! Thanks so much!

Furnace wasn't functioning on a cold, cold winter day. We called and tech, Aaron was here within a couple hours. He determined the issue promptly to get our furnace up and running. Aaron is always courteous, professional and efficient. Grateful for their immediate help when we needed them!

My water heater went out overnight, so it was a cold shower this morning. Not something that I wanted to repeat. I contacted 72 degrees at 8 and they were there by 9:30 to check things out. Since the water heater was 13 years old, it was time to go. They actually had a new water heater installed and working by early afternoon. Now that is service! Pat Naderman was the lead installer. Pat was thorough, competent, and easy to communicate with. You can tell Pat really enjoys this kind of work. That characteristic always adds value. Josiah, Pat's partner was also a pleasure. Chad and his team arrived right on time and finished ahead of schedule to get our new ac unit, furnace, and water heater installed. Very professional and explained how our new system worked and answered our questions.

Daniel and Bryce were on time and professional. They worked well together and were ready to explain anything I had questions about.

Alberto was here not only on time but early. He called to confirm coming early was OK. He quickly diagnosed my issue and corrected the problem efficiently. Very nice young man.

We just moved into this condo the end of October. Our heat went out so we called the service number that came up on our thermostat. Aaron came out at 10:00 PM and was super friendly and knowledgeable. The problem was on the roof from the high winds and below freezing temps. Sam came out with another service person and got us up and running! We moved here from a small town and were used to local people we knew to do our repairs. I felt the same way having this company do our repairs! Thank you guys for making this so easy for us! We will always call you in the future for all our needs!!! Bless you!

Mr. Alberto Saldana, technician, helped us twice in a month, once on a cold Sunday afternoon when our furnace broke and again when we needed a gas line on our fireplace repaired. He is efficient, professional, and friendly. We are so grateful! We have been 72 Degrees customers for years and they have reliably maintained and repaired our HVAC systems. We highly recommend them!

Later on for another call our hot water tank inducer broke on a late Sunday afternoon (again!) in February. Mr. Scott Bontrager came out right away and found that we needed a new inducer. Scott worked with the supplier to overnight ship a new part and covered the shipping costs for us. We appreciate Scott and 72 Degrees advocating for us to help fix the tank as soon as possible!

Pat and Josiah were fantastic! I appreciated their punctuality. They started the job at the time communicated to me and it was completed by the time communicated to me. They were professional, polite, and patient while answering my questions and helping me connect my phone to the new thermostat. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves as well. The biggest shout out I have for them is that they went in/out of the house all day without letting any of my cats escape, something I can't even do on a daily basis. Keith from the sales team was also great. He was knowledgeable and professional as well.
