Was professional and got us in before holiday when we were having issues. As a person with heart failure I cannot be without air.

Luke did fantastic job fixing out AC. He got to us first thing in the morning and quickly assessed and fixed the problem!

My appointment was scheduled quickly, the repair man was early…..he had called to see if early would be convenient for me. He (Alberto Saldana) was pleasant, polite, and very professional while he worked. He explained what he found to be the problem and promptly fixed it! A very satisfying experience with this company and their repairman .

Repairman was very professional, friendly and was able to fix our furnace. Also he wore shoe covers while in our house! I always appreciate that.

Sam came out to my apartment last night 6/15 because I had no AC. He was so polite, happy and respectful. He checked everything out and it was my thermostat that was the issue, he reset it so I could get my apartment cooled down. I really recommend this company and their employees are amazing! I always get nervous about people coming to my house because I am a single mother but he made me feel comfortable and informed! I can’t say it enough, but he was so professional and kind and walked me through everything. If I ever have any need again I sure hope Sam can come out again because it was the best experience ever!

Pat and Josiah just installed brand new A/C and Heating systems in our home today. They were communicative, efficient and did a great job. Daniel was our initial contact and did an excellent job troubleshooting and advising/estimating. Andrew followed up immediately and sold us our new systems and services and was excellent to work with. I would recommend 72 Degrees to anyone who owns a home for all HVAC related issues. Nothing is worse than your AC going on when it is 90+ degrees outside and 4th of July! Sam with 72 Degrees was here quickly and diagnosed and fixed the issue faster than I could have hoped for. He was very professional and made sure that I understood the repair and why it was necessary before he did any work. I am so thankful that he was able to come help us cool down. What a great company! We will definitely do business with them again!

Alberto S. is AWESOME! He is so knowledgeable and skilled in what he does, and he does a great job explaining all the options. As we were dealing with having a home warranty cover the repairs, he was very patient in going through that process. Above all, he's just a super friendly dude. Appliance/HVAC issues are super stressful, so the peace of mind for someone like Alberto is priceless. 72° as a company is great - fair pricing, great value and obviously great staff. Highly recommend.
