Rudy came out to diagnose pulsating light issue and power loads on our electrical system. He was quickly able to ascertain that the issue was coming from the utility side. A loose or damaged neutral line. Where he exhibited customer service that stood out was not only did he talk me through the issue via phone. He proceeded to call me after hours to answer a question I emailed earlier in the day and again walked me through it in understandable terminology. The after hours call truly shows Rudy cares about the job and customer service he provides. I highly recommend him and highly recommend Korte and their quick response time.

I had a leak in my hot water heater, called Korte and received same day service. John and his apprentice, Scott were amazing. They were able to install a new water heater within a few hours. Both were super nice, courteous, and did an excellent job. I would recommend using Korte for all of the services they offer. I have been using them for years and not once have I been disappointed.

Tyler and his apprentice were very friendly, professional, and knowledgable. Tyler was very thorough and explained in detail all that he was doing to troubleshoot the electrical issues I had. He answered all of my questions and gave me practical advice and preventative measures on things I could do to improve my situation.
I only gave 4 stars because the cost to come out and do any type of troubleshooting was different than what I was told by the scheduler when I called to make the appointment.

At 3:30PM I discovered sewer back up, called Korte, had the sewer drain cleaned by 5PM! Unfortunately, the backup was more extensive and they were back the next day with a camera to search and remove additional obstruction. They cleaned additional obstruction and ran the camera the length of the sewer to insure all was clean. The original call, and three-person follow-up was at a very low promotional cost. The crew of Tom, Ben, and Adam were efficient, cordial, and very willing to explain what they were doing.
Yes, I wish the full obstruction was removed in the first visit but despite that fact, this was simply the best customer service experience I have had in many years. From the phone call to completion every employee represented themselves and their company professionally. Thanks to each of them, and thank you Korte.

I used Korte because I thought they overall had a good reputation. I called on a Monday morning because I had no hot water, they did send a technician out within an hour. I described the issue and he told me it had to be the thermostat prior to even looking at the hot water heater. He quoted me 691.00 for the thermostats that my water heater required. On Friday of the same week, I smelled something hot or burning in my garage. I called Korte again and they sent a technician out again that found the part that they had installed had caught fire. Because of the poor installation I now required a new hot water heater. The agreement between Korte and I was that they would refund my original $691.00 minus the $99.00 service fee. I am now trying to receive my refund, which should have been top priority considering the circumstances. I would not suggest using Korte in the future.
Update 2/15/22 still no refund. My refund was not processed immediately because I do not have it. I’ve waited days for a refund that should take minutes. Also in response to Korte about my hot water heater being “old” it was not even 7 years old yet. It was a year out of a covered warranty. Consumer beware…..they clearly are intentionally holding money after a faulty job.

We have used Korte for years, and today we were lucky to have Carlos Y. at our home to replace two faucets on our Kitchen sink. Carlos was courteous and knowledgeable. He talked to us about what services we needed and what we were hoping for, assessed the situation and then explained our various options. He then provided an estimated cost to provide the services discussed. He checked in with us multiple times to make sure we understood what he was doing and why. Carlos is very knowledgeable and great to talk to! We appreciated his excellent customer service and will ask for him again next time we need plumbing work! Thanks Carlos!

Tyler J.‘s electrical work in our kitchen was flawless. He was able to fix our electrical outlets in our kitchen and now we are able to use our lights and garbage disposal again.
