Hartman Brothers Heating & Air

We reached out to Hartman Brothers as our previous place was actually rude and acted like didn’t care as we had an issue with the AC. Our systems at that point were about 14 years old. We got a quote from previous place and i about fell off my chair. Called Hartman Brothers and asked if they could provide a quote for us on both and in AC alone. Super impressed as Rick came out next morning. Looked at what we currently had and that same day had a complete quote to us. We were scheduled for May 26 install however they had a cancellation and came out May 17. Both techs were super amazing. Talked with us with everything and answered all of our questions. They came out a little before 8am and everything was installed and working by 2pm. Cleaned up their stuff ( which was great as we have 3 dogs). Never have we experienced this type of professionalism from any company. We are all so pleased with Hartman Brothers including Vicki in the office. She was great helping me and explaining the maintenance agreement. If you ever need a great team you won’t be disappointed with Hartman Brothers ! We thank you all for helping us and doing a great job. It was also great we kept it local as well. Glad to be a part of the Hartman Brothers family now ! Thank you again.

Hartman Brothers is a great company to work with, I am on my second system with them and have been serviced by them for over 25 years. They have always been fair and provided me with good advice and covered my options. I am on their annual service program and the technician that came out yesterday did a very thorough, competent job. Very pleasant young man. I got a call saying he might be a bit late, yet he was only 5 minutes later than the original time given to me. I understand things sometimes take longer on a previous service call, but the communication helps me plan my day as well. It is family owned and I enjoy working with the Hartmans.

Had our a/c quit functioning over the weekend. Called first thing Monday and they we’re able to get someone out in the morning and had us back up and running before we knew it!! Great service experience from initial phone call to completion of the job…couldn’t be happier!!

They did a great job. Installed a complete HVAC system with duct work and put the furnace in the attic. Always neat and tidy and very professional. We'd gotten quotes from a few other companies and they were by far the best price. Definitely recommend them!

Quick response time. Fixed the issue quickly before I knew what the issue was When I asked about the filter he told me to get 2 and took the one that was in out. I noticed that I didn't get a receipt to show the charges.

I’ve used Hartman Brothers for all my HVAC needs across multiple properties and they are always responsive and timely. Dalton was my technician and demonstrated a high degree of both professionalism and helpfulness. Vicky is their jack-of-all trades office and scheduling manager. She always does a phenomenal job and makes you feel valued as a customer in every interaction. You can’t go wrong with this company. Strongly recommended!

Two other companies told me it could not fix and quoted me $9000 to replace my a/c. Less than 2 hours and $300 my a/c is working perfectly. Thank you for your honesty!!
