Absolutely great experience! So easy to make an appointment, they called to let me know when the tech was 30min away as well. Doug, the technician, was awesome! My furnace hasn't ran in over 8 years, he knew exactly what it needed and had it running in no time! I would highly recommend this company!

We worked with Hartman Bros. while building our home, during some initial issues we were having, and now for regular maintenance. We have been extremely pleased with the professionalism, quality of work, friendliness (Doug is fantastic to work with), and that they are always on time, even getting to us quickly when we didn't have an appointment. We would highly recommend them!

They were great !!! I called after my furnace was not heating. They had someone here to check it out in about an hour or so. He found the problem and explained it to me and explained my options. He then got a replacement part and had it in and the furnace heating very quickly.

I believe the price was very fair and that the technician was very knowledgeable. I am very happy I called Hartman Brothers.

I would highly recommend you contact Hartman brothers before you call any other company! They fixed my heating issues after two other companies couldn’t. Josh was the technician that came out to see us multiple times before the issue had been fixed. He is extremely friendly works hard and very knowledgeable. Vicky helped set up the appointments and she contacted me daily to make sure the issues had been resolved. I would not go with any other HVAC company before you call them. They are a family owned business and treat you like one in return!! I promise you won’t regret contacting them first!

We have been using Hartman Bros. for over 10 years and have always had excellent service ranging from maintaining existing equipment to having a new furnace and central air installed. They have never failed to meet or exceed expectations in all aspects of their business.

The tech was super knowledgeable and extremely polite. He even went all the way back to the shop and get the part that we needed to ensure that we would have heat this winter.

Hartman Brothers did an outstanding job that was greatly overdue. Installed 2 new AC units and Air Handlers while also installing automatic motor operated balancing valves for the boiler to even and control first and second floor temperatures. Not an easy job but very professional, polite and efficient. Ensured the home was clean at the end of every day.

Our furnace stopped working, and we are newer to the area. Hartman’s was suggested, and we were very pleased. They called me back promptly and adjusted their schedule to fit us in. Vicki called to let me know when they were on their way so I didn’t leave work any longer than necessary. Our tech was friendly and thorough.
