Our service technician was cordial he introduced himself by name at the door and shook my hand,we were called before he came. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything I asked and showed me the part that was defective. He was very pleasant to have in our home. If we should ever need future service we will definitely call Hartman Brothers.
By the way your secretary that answered the phone the morning of our service was a real sweetheart.
