Efficient and clean. There is a flying J nearby for while doing a Tval. There are plenty of shopping centers in the surrounding area that are large enough to park a semi for a few hours as well.

Open at 7an but office doesn't open till 8am. Was brought in quickly the mechanic found the codes and knew what was wrong and replaced the shorted out blower motor. The service was fast and on my way 1.5 hrs mechanic made sure unit was clean and did not leave anything behind, grease oil etc. Have extensive grounds to walk a pet. Entire staff friendly and polite. The only thing that I saw was the customer waiting area is extremely small there is no drivers lounge etc. Did have a snack machine and soda machine. The shop area was clean. I also commend the mechanic, he showed me the problems and new parts explained everything, and did not mind answering a very few questions. Over all place is A+.

We once rated this company 5 stars ... the last 5 Webasto units that they have installed have been faulty poor workman ship . Once we try to get them repaired its always the run around day after day

Called ahead 3 days in advance and yes I understand it's first come first served. Got there and was told there weren't enough people there to work on my apu. Not sick they were off? Why not tell my people that before I drove 250 miles out of my way. I've been coming here exclusively for 3 yrs not anymore. Found the one in Knoxville to be a really good and accommodating place. MY NEW APU STOP

As always I expect the best service at this location everybody treat you with respect they are all knowledgeable and help the driver to the best, I had an issue with my APU I called to ask a question I spoke with Mr. Adam he was very nice and knowledgeable and he directed me straight to the problem thank you Adam for For taking the time to explain to me about the problem and how to fix it God-bless you and have a great day
