Contacted Quality Home Solution for an issue with our Reme Halo air purification system. Very quick response, very flexible scheduling an appointment. Contacted me to confirm appointment, showed up on time. Randy provided us with education on our system, offered options and pricing to remedy the issue. After choosing to replace the existing unit, Randy ordered the new unit and set up a date and time to install. Once again we were very impressed with the communications he initiated, his willingness to work after "normal" hours and showed up on time. Installed the new system in a short period of time, spent time going over the warranty and filled out all the necessary warranty info needed to register the product. Very knowledgeable, offers fair pricing, polite and professional. Knowing we will eventually have to replace our HVAC, he will be the person we call! Independent businessman who quickly earned our confidence. Highly recommend for any HVAC issues.

Randy and his team were extremely kind, professional and helpful when it came time to replace my AC unit. I cannot say enough kind words for the treatment I received from Randy Swindle, his friend Mike and Eric Bond of Quality Home Solutions. After a long stay at the VA hospital I came home on a Friday night with the temperature at 22 degrees. My cousin Tom Booher called Randy and he came out that night and got my furnace working.... did not charge anything when he found out i was a Marine veteran who had been in the hospital for 3 months. He and his company and distributor actually did much more for me in the following weeks. I recommend them to anyone who needs honest, competent heating and cooling service. I could never repay them for what they did for me.

My Heat pump wasn't keeping the house cool so I called Quality Heating and Cooling. Randy came out and found that my heating coil had froze up so he fixed the unit so it would thaw out and came the next day and fixed my problem. He was very straight forward with me on what was going on and that I might have to replace the coil if the temp. in the house doesn't start cooling down. He said we would know in 24 hours and that he was pretty sure my coil would be okay. He was right the temp did go down to normal in the 24 hours and everything is fine! Thanks Randy for a great job

Their service was great. I called another company on Tuesday night for a broken furnace. It worked enough to to keep the house in the low 60's to high 50's. I told them I have an 18month old and needed emergency service. 48hours later, no service and no time table for when they would be here. I then called Quality Home Solutions at 5 pm Thursday. They were at my house at 8 am the next morning and fixed my furnace. Quick, reliable and honest. I'll take that Everytime.

Due to some work issues, I needed Randy to come earlier than what was originally scheduled. He was able to work with me and come earlier than we had planned. I'll be using him again!

Randy at Quality Heating and Cooling has serviced my furnace and air conditioning before and I had him install the Reme Halo RGF equipment. I have really bad sinuses and this has help keep me from all the sinus infections. Randy thank you for all the information you gave me on the Halo and for the great service installing it!
