Adam showed up exactly when he said he would be here. He found the problem quickly and had us up and running in no time. This was done on a Sunday morning as well. Great work and a great guy.

I had a very poor experience with Adam. We communicated through email only. I gave him my address up front and was assured he serviced my area. I was also within the zip code distance for the Groupon offer. I felt like I was communicating with 2 different people in our emails. I would schedule and get a very bright and cheerful confirmation email but on the day of I would get a 1 line email letting me know he would not be coming. This is after I have sent a confirmation email the day before confirming our appointment for the next day and would get a cheerful email confirming my appointment for the next day. The cancellations would come way after the scheduled time and after I attempted to call but only got sent straight to voicemail each time. I went through this 3 times. After the 3rd cancellation I contacted Groupon to get a refund. His 3rd email to me stated I lived to far for which I replied, but I have sent you my address many times and you confirmed to me I was in your service area. Well to that email I got no reply.

Can not say enough good things about this company! Detail oriented and very knowledgeable! We got a quality hvac install at a very very good price!!!
