Vital Heating & Air

Our backyard was struck by lightning Friday night. It took out our A/C. I don’t know about anyone else, but a hot house and I do not mix. We called Vital Heating & Cooling and they were at our home within an hour. Not only were they timely, but it was a holiday weekend and they didn’t charge us an arm and a leg. Matt came to our home and checked everything out to make sure we knew exactly what we needed. He explained everything and was so patient with our installation of our new thermostat. It turns out we need a new circuit board. He ordered it while he was still here and said it would be in Monday and installed that day. He was so helpful. We will be using them for all of our future HVAC needs!

Matt and his crew are very professional and efficient. He has come out in a winter storm after 5 pm during the holidays to fix my furnace!

So I called Vital to get a second opinion because another company wanted to just replace my furnace due to a cracked heat exchanger. First, Vital was on time and the tech was very honest. I showed him the pictures that the other company emailed me after the service, he laughed and said that he didn’t see the heat exchanger cracked and that the furnace didn’t need to be replaced. It turns out it only needed a new filter and a new flame sensor. I will go with Vital for now on! Matt, you and your crew are awesome!

Matt was always prompt and knowledgeable with any and all repairs. Also had him to install a new furnace. Was very fair on pricing and always respected our house! Great service!!
