They go above and beyond what is needed. Came out to help with main sewer line issues on multiple occasions and typically after 9pm. Always friendly, always prompt and kept me updated when running behind or on their way. I would recommend B&J for ANY potential repairs or jobs you may need!

They came to put an air conditioner in my apartment. They moved stuff out of my closet ans out if my hallway and didn't put it back. They also hit an antique table that was in my hallway that had a scensy warmer on it that was turned on and wax went all over my table, wall and warmer. They didn't try to clean it up or even leave a note telling me that they did it. Very unprofessional on their part. I had to.scrape the wax off the wall ans my table is ruined.
They put my air conditioner in, still didn't work so they had to come back a week later to change out my thermostat. The guy came in, looked at it, left. Came back, took the old one off, left again, came back, put the new one on and left again. He said he was going to go check the outside unit to see if it was getting charge and he would be back. An hour later, he still wasn't there. I had to leave, but he came back while I was gone and turned the thermostat down even more. That's how I knew he was there.

The outside faucet was leaking. They came out and fixed and done an amazing job. I could not have been happier with the work! He showed up when he was supposed to and was so nice to my youngest kid which had to show him everything he owned!

They do the work for my apartment complex and while I’ve never had to pay for the work myself, the customer service has been AMAZING. Both of the men who came out to my apartment on two separate work orders were efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. One of the men even got down on the floor and played with my dog while waiting for my AC to run to make sure it was fixed correctly!

I truly LOVE b&j! They are always upfront about what issues are going on and fair with price. They see the job through and I haven’t had to have them come back out to redo anything. Thank you for all you do!

The entire crew is amazing! They truly believe in the best customer service. Brent and the others are perform a lot of service to the company I work for and also they just saved my husband and myself with an issue with our house we just bought on very short notice

B & J is truly the best contractor in Indy! Brent and his staff always make an effort to fix whatever needs fixed asap! We had a crack in our heat exchanger. New furnace and A.C. were installed next day. Our main drain was clogged, on Mother's Day, he had a tech there within 2 hrs and the problem was taken care of. I can't refer anyone else but these guys!

Great people and techs to work with! Always a pleasure. They have done work for me for years!
