Every encounter seems worse than the one previous.
No one to help you, cashiers x 3 trying to check out one customer.
I have no idea how or why the place stays open.
I put my stuff down and walked out again.
Im not going back.
Needs adult supervision.

I'd give them 0 stars. This is the second time I've ordered something through their store and the second time I've had MAJOR issues. Most recently I ordered an item and cancelled an hour later after finding another solution. They proceeded to drop ship the item through a third party, even though I contacted both parties and cancelled. I've spoken to 3 customer service reps and every one of them has brushed me off saying they can't do anything. In the meantime, they're holding my $400 until the manufacturer responds. However, they refuse to call the manufacturer because that is "not their policy". Their policy should be to help customers and not steal their money. They've provided a product that was not wanted and proceeded to charge for said product. This will be the last time I buy anything from this company.

In response: I, in fact, cancelled the order long before the shipping date (which was confirmed by the manufacturer). That's a false statement, and your customer service team was horribly unhelpful. You put the blame on the manufacturer, and that is ridiculously unprofessional.

Store is neat and well stocked. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

Easy pick-up for an LTL shipment. Front of house staff were nice and the forklift driver was super helpful and quick.

Associates helped me load my truck with heavy load. Were very friendly. When I had an item that I ordered for store pickup, when I arrived they were out of stock. They shipped it to me free of charge when it came back in stock.

I had a very friendly experience at the south side Indy store. I was greeted by all 3 employees in the front when I walked in. They went out of their way to help me with my pick up order. I will shop there again.
