Northern Tool + Equipment

Last few trips there the employees went up and beyond trying to help me find the right fittings for my pump and other tools I needed. Last trip the cashier named Austin seen my oldest boy who’s special needs was wanting a toy. I told him no and to ask Santa since him and his brother are spoiled most days. I went in to ask a question after we had already walked out and Austin asked if he could buy both my boys the toys they wanted. At first I was hesitant but after seeing how he really wanted to I decided in the world today we need as much happiness and kind people as possible why hinder it. Kudos to you Austin for being genuine and spreading good spirits.

It's a great place to shop but my only issue is that they don't have price tags on all the items so you have to take the item up front to get a price check .

For being a first time customer I must say it was a great experience. All their prices are very reasonable, the staff was nice & welcoming, & they had everything I needed . If your a tool gal or guy like myself, this store is golden. Like a taste of heaven & I will most definitely be going back !

I performed a thorough search online of national tool stores for a drill bit sharpener. Northern was the cheapest by 10%. (I love my little Jack Russell)

They had what I was looking for, which was a big win!! The staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful. The store is very clean, well stocked and easy to navigate. I will be a repeat customer.

Northern has a vast selection of power tools, hand tools, even auto-shop equipment. I was surprised they didn't have enough much in the way of woodworking tools or fasteners though. It really seemed to me this was more for contractors than individuals, it's practically a one-stop shop for a work site.

Northern Tool has the best value going BAR NONE! Prices are quite competitive and customer service is Outstanding!! I shop Northern Tool first before I would even consider the "other guys"!

The website was easy to navigate. Their price was the lowest on the item I purchased and they offered same day shipping for only $20!

Everything that I have purchased has been very high quality at a decent price. The service has always been impeccable. Northern Tool is fantastic.
