Often they have deals where if you buy something, you get a free gift. They ship the thing you paid for but never ship the free gift and cancel the rest of the order. When you complain they say that it was a mistake and they won't honor their deal. If you search the forums they do this regularly.
If they have done this to you please contact Milwaukee or whatever manufacturer it was. If enough people complained their authorized seller status will be revoked.

I ordered a valve last week they said I'd have it early this week now not going to get it till middle of next week holding up a very important job. Very disappointing. Poor customer service and communication.

Speedy service at the store they redeemed themselves from the phone call I had made earlier. Driving 2 hrs for a part and my 1st call was with a new associate that recommended I buy it online before driving over. That didn't sit well so I made a 2nd call. The manager assured me they would set it aside. Upon arrival I was checked out quickly and efficiently.
