Our technician Christopher Thomas was exceptional! He noticed our UV system was out. Said there had been issues with the ballast on the unit we had. Replaced it with newer Honeywell unit of better quality under the warranty. Found another issue with the capacitor showing signs of failure. Replaced under warranty as well. Very satisfied.

These guys are horrible. This morning one of their trucks was parked illegally in Grammercy West in on an ally way. Not only does the community impose a $500 fine for this but he was blocking my wife from leaving the house. She asked him to move and he got out to argue with her. He was aggressive, inappropriate and made my wife cry for fear. When men are abusive to women in this manner, especially when they are in the wrong, god knows how they act with women in their personal live. Nonetheless, no woman or man who has a woman in his life should ever use this company. They need to be shut down for lack of business.

I am not even going to mention the poor service when we called them out. Horrible design, top floor stays warm and bottom is freezing. They got problems.

He took great care to treat both my home and myself with the highest level of consideration, wearing protective shoe covers and tidying up after completing the job. His approachable personality and willingness to address my inquiries made the experience pleasant and professional. Thanks to his diligent repairs, my system operates smoothly and efficiently.

He showed us why it really is worthwhile to have this kind of coverage. We were seriously considering dropping the coverage, but would not do so now. He completed the maintenance tasks in a timely matter and made sure that he cleaned up everything in the work area. We got a brand new AC unit installed from Airtron in 2020. As of today, our compressor has already failed. We had another company come out to diagnose the issue and they said it had to have been defective upon install for the compressor to have already gone out. We received a quote from said company to replace the compressor, but wanted a second opinion from Airtron, given that they sold and installed a "faulty" unit. They refused to give us a free second opinion and said they would only give us an estimate for $119 - even though we already know the issue. A different company is coming out to give us a free second opinion tomorrow even though we have never used their services in the past. I would definitely not recommend Airtron - not only do they deliver poor quality, but they don't seem to have good service either.
