The owner Matt came to our home the same day we called for service. He quickly
diagnosed the problem, and was able to fix it on the spot. His pricing was
great! We would definitely use his company again.

We have a home warranty and Vital heating is the company’s contractor for work. Matt came out the same day as the claim was made and immediately saw the problem and was able to fix quickly. Would highly recommend this company for any heating or cooling issues you maybe having.

My furnace stopped working overnight during near-zero weather, so I called Vital first thing in the morning. Matt was at my home working on the furnace by noon! He was very knowledgeable and courteous; he even took the time to walk me through how my furnace works and show me exactly what the issue was! He quickly identified the problem, went to pick up the correct part, and immediately returned to fix my furnace. The unit has been operating perfectly ever since! I highly recommend using Vital for your HVAC needs, and I will definitely be a repeat customer!

We called Vital late Friday afternoon and they were here on Saturday morning at 8:30am! Matt was wondering and diagnosed the issue immediately and had our cold air running really quickly.

I think it’s important to note that they did not charge extra for the weekend call which was a pleasant surprise.

Matt is super helpful and responsive. Goes the extra mile to make sure things are taken care of. Does honest work for a reasonable price. Will continue to use him for any future issues.

Very prompt, professional and courteous. I had been dealing with a furnace issue with another company since January 13th, 2018. Needless to say, I was getting the run around. I called Vital Heating and Air and Matt was here at my home in no time. A part had to be ordered (which Matt went over and above to get). Today the part arrived and he was back over to put it on.The furnace is now running as it should be. So thankful for this pleasant business experience. Very highly recommend...

Two hours after placing a call to them, I have a working A/C again. Matt arrived quickly and had us fixed in no time. Only regret is I didn't call them last night when it went out and waited until the morning instead!
