Vital Heating & Air

Had inspection since I am selling house. On the inspection report it said the breaker needed to be replaced from 25 amps to 20 amps. Matt immediately identified that the inspector may have been mistaken in his finding and that the current breaker was already 20 amps. He could’ve easily changed breaker and charged me the original quote and I would’ve been none the wiser because I know little about electrical. Instead upon arrival he identified that the breaker, as he suspected, was already the correct size. He didn’t charge me for parts or labor on the breaker, and quickly finished resealing and insulating the refrigerant line on condenser.

We put in a call to Vital, and the owner, Matt, was at our house within the hour! Extremely helpful and professional - he didn't even make us feel too bad that the issue with our furnace was my fault. :) Highly recommended!

We had heard our AC unit making noise and thought the fan motor was going bad. Called Vital for service and scheduled an appointment. Matt showed up right on time. He ran some tests and came to the conclusion it was more likely an overheating problem. He cleaned the unit and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. Appreciated his courtesy and professionalism. Would use his company for AC/Heating issues in the future.

Matt (not me) was quick to call me back and setup an appoitnment. He came out on the hottest day in the middle of numerous others runs. Quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired our AC. Exceptional professionalism and customer service. I'll be adding him to my address book for any heating and air fixes that are beyond my moderate DIY knowledge level.

Stand up company, very reliable, shows up on time and goes above and beyond. Always answers when you call. The work that was done in my home was challenging and they did a great job with the installation. It was nice to see someone have so much integrity in their work..
