Randy is the Chic-fil-A of customer service in the HVAC space. Responsive, on time, and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly and accurately diagnose my problem and got cold air flowing again. He was recommended to me from my neighbors and I'll be happy to recommend him to family and friends.

Called first thing in the morning - Randy was out within 2 hours to assess the issue. By 1 pm he had guys on site installing an entire new unit. Very pleased with the urgency they took in handling my no air conditioning in 90 degree heat.

Randy was very personable and prompt. He was on time and even called to confirm our appointment. He came out to service our unit and after discussing what it would take to fix it we decided to purchase a new one. He went over options with us. The day of installation was smooth, we didn't even know they were there. This was a better experience than we expected. The price was fare and service was great. We will recommend him and if need be use him for service in the future!

We had Randy come out and look at our furnace and AC. He sat with us and explained everything to us. Even when I had questions after hours Randy was very quick on answering my questions. They crew came out and were on time. I would highly recommend!!! You will not be disappointed. :)

Randy and his team are the epitome of customer service. They are trustworthy, fair, and always on time. We had and new Trane AC unit installed by his install team today and he personally came by this evening to test it and make sure it was running to its full capacity before he went home for the day. They are my go-to guys for ALL my heating and cooling needs.

It's 84 degrees out and of course our AC stops working so I give Randy a call and within a couple hours he is at our house. He was very informative with a reasonable price and did not try to up sell me to things we did not need. We went over the options of repair verses replace and we determined the best course of action would be to replace our aging 15 year old system to a new more efficient unit. The very next day his crew was out and had us back to a cool 70 degrees in no time at all. Randy even followed up with us himself to make sure we were satisfied with the product and happy with the install. No pressure to buy something I didn't need. It was effortless and the install crew was professional and prompt. Great product and a very fair price. Would recommend 100%.

Good prices, not the lowest price-but when I used the cheapest guy available, this mistake caused us to pay a lot more $$$$$ in the long run for cheap equipment (Rheem) that did not last. Randy was honest-even when the news is bad. Randy will not sell too much or as much as he can and take advantage of you. Mike (the installer) and his son were polite, focused on the job, worked hard to install the air handler and respectful and friendly. Randy just wanted to get your furnace/AC working again at the lowest price possible, but when that cant be accomplished, he was honest. We appreciate it.
