Our first experience working with Randy was great. We were indicated by a larger HVAC chain company that we needed significant cleanings and replacements in our furnace that would have totaled at a minimum $1,200 if we did that most basic thing they were recommending. Randy came in and took a thorough look, and was able to find that the original assessment by the previous company was way off-base. He made a couple quick changes and recommendations for upkeep, and in the end saved us over $1,000 (and to be sure, this was not at the expense of a good hard look at the issues we called about-- Randy opened up our system and showed us exactly what he was seeing and why he was recommending the solutions he was proposing). We will absolutely be working with Randy in the future and would recommend others do the same!

Randy was so quick with responding to our needing a new unit, he was here the next morning to assess everything. Very professional and easy to work with. Kept in contact during the whole process and explained everything thoroughly. The install went smooth and the guys were professional. Almost instant relief once they fired it up! Randy Swindle is someone it would highly recommend to anyone who is in need of HVAC work. He is honest, professional and stands behind his work. My heating unit went out on 2/15/22 and I called Randy in dire need of assistance as my two daughters along with my grandchildren had come to visit. Randy responded immediately and had diagnosed the problem, removed the old heatings unit and had a new one up and running in just a matter of hours. I can’t thank Randy enough for his quality of work and how quickly he and his team got my house back to normal.

Quick service response, very professional, replaced furnace and thermostat. I had no idea the furnace had anything to do with the air conditioner not working. Time from service call to replacement of new furnace within 3 days. Very happy with service received. I would strongly recommend this company. The service techs were great and the owner was in constant contact throughout the process, followed up as soon as the job was done, and then later in the day to make sure it was cooling off our home. Excellent customer service.

My HVAC unit died and I got my first quote to replace it from an HVAC company I have used for the past 10 years and for all my properties. They quoted very high explaining because of high inflation, supply chain issues and bla bla bla. I called Randy at Quality Heating & Cooling who came out right away, quoted reasonably and replaced it in less than a week. The unit was replaced in less than 3 hours while my long time service company took a whole day to replace another system at one of my properties. Excellent job!!

So impressed with this business. This is the second time we have called them. Both times they responded on extremely short notice.
