Irish Air Heating & Cooling

We love our Irish Air service family. Small businesses are great at the personal touch and Irish excels at that. We had a CO detection at one vent on a 1yr old system. After that “Clean & Check” appt that found the problem they already scheduled a tech to come and diagnose our system. This same day service for 2 appt is a pleasant surprise.

I really appreciated the quick response! Called in and had service the same day! Great constant contact with company and technician! Do to Joseph's persistence in getting the root of the problem he saved us hundreds of dollars! I will trust Irish Air Heating and Cooling for any future needs from now on!

Outstanding service! Quick response to service call and even quicker repair even though technician had to drive out to airport to retrieve a part for our 22 year old furnace. Approximately 4 hours from initial call to completion and a warm home. Prices are great and technicians wonderful!I would highly recommend Irish Air.

Irish Air is great right from the start. Super friendly and convenient far beyond expectation. They replaced my AC and Furnace a while back and I just had my first cleaning and system check, all easy as could be. I never felt any pressure during the purchasing process, they beat everyones prices by a mile and theyve been easy to work with ever since. Highly recommend Irish Air for anyone in the market.

I am so impressed with Irish Air's Customer Service and with their employees! I have a "smart thermostat" that said it was time for maintenance. I read reviews on several sites and each one seemed to say that this company was far and away the best that there is. So, I decided to see for myself -- and all I can say is this: WOW!!! Jim explained all my options as to service and the plans they offer. I opted for the yearly plan after he explained what it entailed. I made the apointment on line as he talked me through the website. Blake arrived right on time a few days later and quickly set about checking out my air-conditioning unit.. Polite, friendly, knowledgeable and professional! I would give Irish Air more stars if I could. Try them! You will not be disappointed!!

I called at 3:30 and someone was there within an hour. The service tech was super knowledgeable and explained exactly what was going on. There wasn’t really a major repair, just a minor adjustment so I was only charged a base fee which was super reasonable. Hopefully I won’t need them anytime soon, but would definitely use again.

Just called them because my condensation pump was running nonstop. Jim helped me over the phone and I was able to get it to stop without them coming out for a service. These folks are the best!

I highly recommend Irish Air and have always been satisfied with their service. Their technician was able to diagnose the problem with our heating/cooling unit and repair it. Then also performed the maintenance we had forgotten to schedule earlier in the year. Their service contract is a great bargain.

Jim, who was the service technician who fixed the AC at our condo was beyond professional and helpful. He arrived on time, got the job done quickly and kept us in the loop on the status of the job the entire time. Scheduling online was great and we got a text message from Jim 10 minutes after scheduling the appointment as a follow-up. I could go on and on. I definitely recommended Irish Air.

Wonderful service! I called and they were out within 2 hours, our air working and is perfect! Jim was very friendly and knowledgeable! Perfect price and we will continue to use Irish Air for our needs and I highly recommend them to our friends and neighbors!
