Irish Air Heating & Cooling

Our AC went out on Memorial Day weekend 2020. They have a website that provides service appointments for various types of HVAC needs, which is cool. I signed up for a 5:00 pm slot (the only one available). I was nervous about not talking to a person so I called later and they got me an even earlier appointment. I also got an e-mail confirmation for both the 3:00 and 5:00 pm appointments. They caught the error and removed the 5:00 one with no charge and confirmed the 3:00 with a text including the name of the service tech. They service staff, sales staff and even the younger guys who do the cleaning or just freon refills are really polite and totally honest. No one at Irish Air tries to charge me unfairly. The sales and repairs are only what we need to fix the problems. Also, they are all willing to answer my many questions. Great company that is family owned with family values.

These guys are awesome!! They came and looked at my old system, explained everything to me in a way I (as a young, new homeowner) would understand. They were reasonable, responsive, and flexible. Not to mention supported a small, family-owned business. My place cools off quickly and I love the wifi-enabled thermostat. Would recommend over and over!

They notified me when they were on their way, which was nice, so I could plan accordingly. The arrived as promised, after introducing themselves, they put on shoe covers to protect our hardwood floors that we had just cleaned. They were very polite and efficient, and made sure I no unanswered questions before leaving. I would definitely recommend Irish Air.

They were super responsive when our heat went out in January, and fixed it right away. Tim (the service man) was great to work with. I highly recommend Irish Air Heating & Cooling.

Irish Air installed my heating & air system in 2011. Since that time the systems have worked flawlessly. I tried other companies for service but always came back to Irish Air. They are professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. Their tech people do their job and don’t try to sell you things you don’t need. I highly recommend Irish Air.

I could not be more pleased with the service I recently recived from Jim and Rick at Irish Air. I had made three calls to other companies that were never returned. I found Irish Air and was able to make a same day appointment for diagnostics on their website. Jim called me when he was in his way. He diagnosed the issue quickly and provided us with three options to fix the problem. He was not pushing a new system at all. We agreed on a solution and scheduled the repair for the next morning. Rick called when he was in his way again and made the repairs. Our A.C. is working great. I would highly recommend Irish Air for your Heating and cooling needs. They will be my only call in the future!

We have used Irish for two years now, and the staff has always been very professional and knowledgeable. Any time we've had an issue, they've had someone dispatched within a day. I cannot recommend them enough!

Jim came to my house today to talk about installing 3 new heating systems. He was thorough with his analysis and gave me several options to choose from regarding my heating needs. I look forward to his estimate and hope to work with his company in the future.

Jim came out to service our unit. He was one of the nicest guys I’ve ever had come to my home. He was upfront about our issues, only selling us what we actually needed. He explained every issue to us, gave us pricing way better than any other company, and was very knowledgeable! He arrived at the scheduled time and was very quick! Super friendly... highly recommend!!

Service was phenomenal the three young men were prompt and professional and installed my unit inside and out in a timely fashion I must say I’d recommend Irish air to my family members and friends if ever there in need
