Everyone I spoke with was very kind and helpful. Our AC was not calling anything down. Jim came out to our home, was able to determine the problem, order the part and have out AC running again the next day.

Caleb, Corbin and Matthew showed up on time, were professional and very friendly. Worked a long hard day doing a complete HVAC system removal and new install, which included working in the attic (very hot) and the crawlspace (very dirty) and never complained. I was very pleased with the workmanship of the install and the clean up afterwards. Great crew!

We have been nursing our old HVAC system along for a few years just dreading the idea of spending the money and having the hassle of having a new one installed. I finally tired of the sound of helicopters landing in our yard and gave Irish Air a call around 7pm on Tuesday. They came for an estimate on Wednesday and they installed a very reasonably priced Carrier system for us on Friday. They were in and out in just a few hours and the only regret is not calling them sooner! They were great!

After discovering a problem with our AC, Irish Air was quick to follow up and had someone out the next day to address our issue and resolve it. Because we have a yearly service contract, we did not pay a service charge. Our motor was still under warranty, so we are back up and running at no additional cost to us.

I can not say enough about how wonderful Irish Air has been for me and my family. Jim from Irish Air was so kind and professional and beyond helpful. I recommend this company to everyone. I have called for their services for over 10 years, and each technician shows the values I seek in a company. I don’t know much about HVAC, but I always feel taken care of as well as more educated after they leave. 5 stars!!!

The whole process was very easy and pain free! Blake was friendly and did a great job! We’ve been very pleased we went with Irish Air when installing our system a few years back and have never had any issues!

Was told my system needed replaced by another company with no real explanation. Called these guys and they said "we like to fix things" . They got my unit fixed for a fraction of the cost the other guys quoted me. Cannot recommend enough.

What can I say, except Irish Air is hands down the best company Ive dealt with in a long time. In a current state of poor service everywhere, they stand out. Joseph the technician is extremely professional and quickly resolved my issue. He is very polite and courteous (even put shoe covers on). I rarely leave reviews, but am really impressed, Irish Air is my HVAC company from now on. Dont waste time with other overpriced companies that dont show up on time, use Irish Air!

I cant say enough about this company. Helped me and my son with a gas leak in a house we were renting during covid lock down. Were the only company that would come into the house during the dead of winter of 2020 when my son and I were sick with covid so we could turn our heat back on. Assisted us with our 26 y/o HVAC when we finally purchased our first home, when our supposed home warranty company didn't help at all when our heat failed this last winter. They even advocated for us with the contracted company that the home warranty company assigned us, to try to get us what we needed. They go above and beyond with Jim, Jake and Joseph. When our air handler finally burnt up and caused a small vent fire... Irish air were right there after the emergency to resolve the situation and report to insurance to provide a new HVAC system. Installation flawless and easy to work with and schedule. Always polite, knowledgeable and worked within our budget. They deserve 10 stars! Highly recommend, especially for a single mom they didn't make me feel uncomfortable in any way but empowered to be a part of the decision every step of the way!

My HVAC system is probably 30 years old. A bizarre power line problem yesterday resulted in fluctuating and failing power, which the electric company repaired 5 hours later. During that time, it blew out several things in my house including the fan motor for my furnace. This morning I contacted several companies. Irish replied quickly and sent Joseph out to investigate. He located a burned out transformer, replaced it and got my system functioning. It was my first time using Irish and so many of the companies I'd dealt with in the past would misdiagnose, charge a lot and then try to sell me maintenance contracts. Joseph did none of those things and the complete job came in for less than $200. Factual and fair, I will definitely call them the next time.
