I am so impressed with this company! The communication for the appointment was fast and spot on! They were actually able to come out early! My serviceman Joseph was extremely knowledgeable and explained what happened to my unit and advised what to look for in the future! No hassle, zero attempts to try to sell me a new unit when I didn’t need it. Absolutely superb to deal with! Will be my go to from now on! Highly recommend!!!

My second time using Irish Air for my brother who is Ill, air conditioning stopped working again and could not afford to take the cheaper way out this time! Just want to commend them for getting to him as soon as they did given the hot weather we have had in Indy! Wanted to just put a new system in, but unfortunately my husband and I just couldn’t afford that at this time! Joseph explained the problem very well and we chose to have it repaired (wasn’t a cheap decision) but had to be done given my brothers breathing issues! Joseph had it fixed before I had to take my brother to the hospital for a procedure and I can’t express enough how nice, polite and professional he is! He really knows his craft and we are very happy with him and the company! Yes it was an expensive job but worth my brothers comfort! I pray we don’t have to have them back out to his place for a long time, however if our home has air or furnace problems I will most definitely use them again! Cudos to Irish Air and thank you! Since we moved to our house 5 years ago this is the only company we have used. They are amazing and aren’t out to get your money. There isn’t one negative thing I can say about them.

Last night we discovered that our AC stopped working completely. For the average person this would not be an emergency. But for me, with terrible breathing problems, it was a definite emergency. Thank God it was not hot out last night. But i have trouble breathing in temperatures above 60 degrees because of Babesiosis. Anyway, a very nice technician was here at the house last night within an hour. Unfortunately, it needed a specialized part that they would have to get at the supply warehouse the following day. They knew about my health issues and did everything humanly possible to take care of my AC as early as possible this morning before the house heated up more than I could handle. The technician was at the supply warehouse as soon as the doors opened and then he came straight here. Took about an hour to finish everything. They did a fantastic job during a very stressful time. I appreciate them so much. They got it up and running before I had any trouble breathing. Thanks so much Irish Air!

We purchased our unit from Irish Air and they were great to work with then and have continued to be great. Blake was here today to do the summer maintenance. He was friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I will continue using Irish Air and recommend them to everyone.

I came home and our system was down. I went online and in less than a minute was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. They were out first thing the next morning, showed up on time, had the system up and going.

Jim the owner is exceptional!!! He always provides immediate personalized service. It’s not very often that you can find a business that can come same-day. On call 24 hours a day at no extra charge. Just have a biannual cleaning, inspection of AC and furnace. Plus, they ask about your family. Such an wonderfully comforting experience when you’re stressed about being without heating or AC.

Had a phenomenal experience with the owner Jim and service technician Joseph. Woke up to the furnace not working, submitted a claim with home warranty (CHW) and was proactive to find a technician that could repair my furnace ASAP as it is in the middle of winter. Jim worked relentlessly with the warranty company when it wasn't easy to make sure I was taken care of. Joseph was very knowledgeable and explained what the issue was, went and got the part, and installed in a short amount of time. For an added bonus, the technician worked very quietly as I explained my wife was working from home in the room next door. A+ for communication and responsiveness.
