Irish Air Heating & Cooling

Please read full post. My wife called to get our furnace repaired and the owner Jim Snyder was extremely rude and refused to come out to fix it once she told him about the warranty we had stating that “ You think you can just get it fixed for 100 dollars that’s not gonna happen” That was uncalled for I would not recommend using this company unless you enjoy being treated badly. I would give this company zero stars if I could. Very unprofessional company.
Not sure how there 4.9 stars should be a red flag when there is not a bad review at the top of the list just look at all the unprofessional reviews they have so it’s not just us because they are not that good try Good Guys they’re cheaper and way more professional and their quality work.
We chose not to use this company because of rudeness could only imagine how things would have went if we had. He was mad because we have a furnace that the previous owner had installed before they sold the house to us and we took out the 5 year warranty it was free by no means im sure its included in the price of the house. I’m sure he will try to defend himself because of the bad review but facts are facts. Don’t use them. A few words come to mind unprofessional, rude and it’s amazing how his mouth moves but nothing comes out but all the reasons not to use them. Thanks Irish for putting your foot in mouth. Lol

Our heating system went out overnight during the winter storm.
They sent someone out to fix it that very same day. Thanks to Irish Air we had a warm Christmas!

Joseph was super helpful in diagnosing our AC issue! He thoroughly tested everything and made some helpful recommendations! Not only was he super professional, we called expecting an appointment later in the week, and they got to us nearly first thing in the morning. We do appreciate their quick response and helpful service!

I had my first annual HVAC system maintenance appointment recently. The tech came in and out quickly. He was very professional and was able to bring the filter I needed. I've only had positive experiences with Irish Air!

Unlike many other "same day" services, Irish Air went above and beyond when they realized I had no heating. They offered a very quick, professional and couteous service. Would highly recommend.

Irish Air helped diagnose an ongoing issue we've had with our heating and cooling and were able to offer possible solutions. They were friendly and patient in explaining the issue to us and implemented the fixes they could immediately.

The team was phenomenal! My furnace had been down for three days while I attempted to contact the company that had installed the furnace. I set a deadline of 3pm today 12/22/2021 & finally heard back from the original installer. Just to find out 2 days later he couldn't help because he was already back logged.

I googled the nearest heating & cooling company and Irish Air popped up. They had great reviews so I called them at 3:16pm. They expressed concern on the phone because its winter & my furnace wasn't working. Irish Air got me on the schedule immediately!! I received an email from the company confirming my 3:30-5:30pm appointment. Then a text from the tech shortly after. Joseph showed up around 4pm & quickly diagnosed the problem.

Talk about fantastic customer service. They literally showed up within an hour of my phone call & had me up and running within 20 minutes. Joseph did further diagnosis and found a carbon monoxide leak due to the heat exchanger overheating. Went above & beyond my expectations. Couldn't ask for better customer service than that! Highly recommend them, give them a call you won't be disappointed.
