Irish Air Heating & Cooling

We have been customers of Irish Air for three years now. I was so grateful and pleased with our service today! In the first hot days of the summer, our AC stopped working. Even though they were VERY busy, they came out to service our unit within two hours of my call and had it fixed and cooling again in no time! They were kind, respectful, and took the time to connect with us to understand the issue and our concerns. They are very trustworthy and have never tried to up-sell me something that I was not in need of. When I have had repairs, they charge reasonable fees. We’re so thankful to have found a company that we can rely on and trust. Keep up the excellent and trustworthy service, Irish Air! ❤️

We are very thankful we took the time to get a second quote from a second Authorized, Award-winning Carrier Dealer. Irish Air was honest and upfront throughout the entire purchase and installation process. Their quote for the exact same system item for item was a few hundred dollars less than Williams Comfort Air (who was the Authorized, Award-winning Carrier Dealer who originally installed our Heat Pump and Furnace and supposedly was giving us an $1800 discount for money we had already spent having them try to "Fix" our system they had maintained for 14 years.) Irish Air's communications were very quick and they responded every time we had a question and when they were letting us know the status of our installation. The 3 technicians who came out to install our Carrier Infinity Heat Pump and Furnace system were extremely polite, courteous, helpful, and knowledgable. They installed our new system quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up everything when they were done. They made sure they did not leave until all our questions were answered and they had shown us everything we needed to know about our new system and thermostat. Overall, Irish Air gave us the quality of service we like from a company who has earned our business! Thank you!

This was my first time using Irish Air and I was beyond impressed with their quality of service. Upon using their convenient online scheduler, I received a call from Jim confirming my appointment, and even asking if I wanted them to squeeze me in the same day. I declined and the following day I got a call 30 minutes before and was told they would be arriving right on time.

Upon arrival, Joseph was friendly and sure to keep the floors as clean and dry as possible on a rainy day. He was awesome throughout the diagnosis process and able to explain what parts should be doing. Once finding the issue, he was honest about pricing and able to tell me where the issue was. He got everything fixed and working again not long later.

Irish Air has been the best HVAC company I have ever had come to my house, and it's not even close.

I called Irish Air this past Wednesday, which was the hottest day of the year and the same day my condenser fan died. Irish was able to have someone to my house within 3 HOURS!!! My technician, Tim, identified the issue quickly and ordered the parts under warranty from the manufacturer. While I was without AC for 36 hours, I am confident that that was the absolute best case scenario that could have been achieved and Irish did it.

We had the absolute best experience with Irish Heating & Cooling, specifically with Tim.

Our AC wouldn't turn on during the hottest days of the month and we had no idea what the issue could be as there were never any previous problems. We scheduled online and received a call, same day, letting us know that Tim was on his way.

When Tim was here, he was extremely professional and walked us through what the issue was (starter went bad for air compressor on the outside unit). Upon replacing the part, the system began working again immediately.

If that wasn't good enough, our thermostat was having an issue several days later. Again, Tim saved the day. He came out, diagnosed the problem, and all was working again.

Tim couldn't have been any nicer or more professional. Overall, it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Tim and Irish Heating & Cooling. I highly recommend them!
