BEWARE SCAMMERS
My furnace went out and called these guys to repair as we had used them before and they seemed ok. This time no such luck. The technician came over and jump started the blower motor which DID fire up because I heard it. He then said the motor was bad and it was going to be 675.00 he then proceeded to try and get the motor out of the squirrel cage. Said he could not get it out after he took a sawzaw to it and bent the shaft all to hell. So now we need a whole new assembly. Another 475.00. Something didn't seem right about this whole situation so told him to leave. knowing some heating and air guys we called them and found out the guy ruined our perfectly fine motor so we had to get a new one 104.00 NOT 675.00 and the capacitor was bad which was a dollar and some change. Also he was able to use the assembly because we were able to get the motor out. So if we had been stupid enough we would have paid them 1150.00 for something that was a dollar. Plus labor. These people are unbelieveable. I understand mark up and labor for people but to straight up lie and tell you something is bad when it's not is disgusting. oh listen to that my heat just kicked on imagine that.
