We had an issue where two upstairs rooms were not producing heat. HomePro was able to diagnose the problem and make the necessary changes to get the heat flowing again, even though they did not install the original system. They came out in the middle of a winter storm with 6" of snow on the ground. They told us well in advance that they might be late due to the appointment ahead of ours and ended up only being a few minutes late. The techs were friendly and professional.

I have had Home Pro to my home on a couple of occasions. Each time, they were on time and resolved the problem efficiently. Although my hvac was on its last leg, they managed to get another 9 months usage from it. I finally saved enough money to buy a new unit...with a 10 year warranty!! Tim fixed more than just the thermostat and wiring in the garage, which we thought was the issue with our heat the last 3 yrs (it wouldn’t rise above 62 if outside temps dropped to 40). We had to call maintenance multiple times. He also serviced the unit wiring outside the house. The heat is working 😃👌🏽. Great service!
