Great company with phenomenal people, top to bottom.

Accu-Temp Comfort Systems USA was the HVAC contractor on our new church building. We moved into the building in May of 2014. Since that time, we have had nothing but problems with our system. It is exceedingly complex and Accu-Temp has been of no help in assisting us in its operation. They are more than happy to send their parts changers out to us to fix what is broken, but those people know nothing about the computer interface that we must use to control the HVAC system. We were told from day one that we could not have remote access to the controls interface. I called a different HVAC contractor and the first thing they did was to set up my laptop so that I could log into our control system from my house. I could go on and on about how disappointed I am in Comfort Systems, but I'll leave it at this: When it comes time for us to do a building expansion, Comfort Systems will not be bidding on the project.

STAY AWAY. Unprofessional. Took way too long and billed me for every second. 1 day job took over 2. Giving them 1 star is way too generous.

It was nice to visit Strategic Accounts and meet some of the Account Managers that I have spoken with over the years.

It's a call center for a national company, not much to say.
