I couldn't be happier with Homepro Heating & Cooling of Avon. They installed a new furnace on the second floor of our old building which wasn't easy as it's a 1877 building. Sean Kennedy and his assistant were outstanding not to mention creative in getting the job done. Our contractor bid out the job and they were almost half the price of the other HVAC contractors. Come to find out, they are known for their creativity on tough jobs like our old building. After using several other contractors through the years (our business was founded in 1896), I met several I didn't trust but I would highly recommend Homepro!

Don't Hire them for any kind of water damage repair. The customer service was awful. My rental company hired them and submitted an order for emergency service on a Friday for my flooded bathroom. Apparently I was to hear from them in 24 hours or I should call them. I ended up calling them 2x on Saturday (bathroom and closet had water everywhere) never heard back until late Monday that they could be there Tuesday at 9am. The guy didn't show up until 10:30 with no call to say he would be late. That day it seemed to be ok. It was when he finally came back 6 weeks later to actually finish mudding the drywall that he cut in. He hurried to mud and then painted over it without sanding. put the trim pieces on, didn't paint them or fill the nail holes, slopped some drywall mud between two pieces of trim he had to cut. Left a big hole where the toiled hose goes into the wall. Forgot the quarter round trim and left my bathroom wall painted 2 different colors. He was supposed to being paint that matched what was in there. But hey- he left me the gallon in case it didn't match so that I could repaint the whole bathroom with his darker color. Shoddy work all the way around even after he returned several more times to "fix it". This happened the first week of August and he last trip here was October 17! Everytime he had to come back he aced like he was inconvenienced...should have done it all right on the first trip maybe? I sent pictures to the rental company so I wouldn't be dinged for the damage when I moved out and they put in a request for the company to come back out and fix it right. The person who called wasn't apologetic, friendly and once again I had the sense they were annoyed to deal with it. If I could post pictures here I would. I am not one to complain and if the guy today had better customer service skills I probably wouldn't even have posted here. Find a professional contractor for anything outside of heating and cooling would be my advice.

Had AC unit installed over a year ago. Had problems ever since. Contacted them at least 15-20 times over the past year and they still cant figure out the issue. Completely ridiculous. Just insanity and they hardly respond. I would never recommend them.
