    Progress Residential dropped the ball on sending an HVAC company out. I went 8 days without AC. Doug with HomePro Showed up the following day after I called them. Doug was super cool! Did a great job at explaining the issue he found and what he did to resolve it. Was super fast, and did not leave any kid of mess behind. I was not home when service was conducted. Doug, if you find this. I got a $50 gift card with your name on it if you'd like.

    So we have been without AC since yesterday June 5th 2020 and through most of today. Doug was our AC guy who came to see what the issue was, not only did he fix the issue, but he also gave us some good energy saving advice for the future. Doug was a literal life saver for us, as the heat was consistently climbing. He was extremely professional, very polite, knowledgeable about our particular unit, and was ready to get things working again. Thank you SO MUCH for fixing our AC, Doug!

    HomePro is always there when we need them! Wether it be a routine service tune up or one of the hottest days of summer. (Which is what happened to us when our air conditioner went out.) We were prepared to endure the heat overnight until they could get us in. I don’t think we had to wait over two hours. They had all the parts needed with them. They had our unit up and running by hour three. The staff is courtesy, polite and friendly!! HomePro is our first and only choice!

    Was in need of a new heat pump. Spoke with Home pro was given a couple different options to choose from. Rick Lowery educated me on each system and let me chose which one worked best for my home. Rick was informative but did not try to push me to one or the other system. Installers were great and did a nice clean job. Would recommend Home Pro to anyone in need of hvac services.

    Mike Jolly of HomePro installed a new A/C coil in my attic. He and his assistant were very personable, timely, and as of yet there have been no issues with the installation. He had no problems answering all of my questions and based on my experience working with him I would gladly recommend HomePro to anyone needing HVAC services.

    Very unsure about the other gal's experience but, I had a great experience with Homepro. After a nightmare of a time with our home warranty company sending out 3 different contractors to fix our furnace with no results. I called Home Pro and they were out within 3 hours of me calling them. They diagnosed the issue very quickly and got me up and running at a reasonable rate. My furnace was fixed in about 5 hours from the time I initially called them. The other 3 contractors, had no clue what was going on, and they had been trying to diagnose for about 10 days. I was very happy with my experience.

    My service tech was here before my scheduled appointment and wanted to better understand the issues we were experiencing. After the tech done his inspection, he shared will me what the problem was and to my surprise, it was a very low cost repair. He did not try to upsale me anything, just what I needed. Thank you for your response time but most importantly your honesty.
