Over the weekend I suddenly had low water pressure and a whistling noise from my pipes. Chapman got me on the schedule for Monday and was out that morning. Aaron quickly figured out what was wrong (a failing water pressure regulator) and was able to fix it same day while also replacing some old water pressure gauges as well. Would definitely do business with them again.

Service was prompt and technician was great. But a couple months after they “fixed” the problem it happens again and when I inquired they said it would cost another $110 to come out and diagnose the issue (which yeah I understand to an extent) but then when I asked when a tech can come out to fix it, they never replied to my email (which was our communication line during the previous day).

We had a kitchen faucet break on Sunday night. I scheduled an appointment for first available on Monday through your online chat. I informed the chat person that I had a replacement faucet and just need it installed. My wife said Gage was extremely professional on nice. However, I cannot believe I was charged $500 for an hour of being at my house to replace the faucet. A service charge I understand, but a $5 fuel surcharge on top of a $400 charge for 1 hour? Seriously? I am extremely disappointed with being taken advantage by Chapman.
