The Chapman Heating & Cooling sales representative Chris and the installation team of Ron, Clayton and Ousman were very knowledgeable and professional throughout the purchase process and installation of our new hybrid heat pump system. They ended the process with a thorough tutorial on how to operate our new system. We are very satisfied with the quality of the product we purchased and the installation service received.

Wanted to share the great experience we had with Tony Chafin and the rest of Chapman Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing company. Yesterday we had a tankless water heater installed. I can't say enough how well the job was performed from start to finish. Tony's workmanship showed he cared about not only getting hot water back online at our home, but that it was more than that to him. The installation was clean, crisp and well thought out on the connections, so to make everything tie nicely into the existing gas line, water lines and electricity. I'd highly recommend Chapman on this and other installations, as this was the second big project we've had them do in the past five years. The other was installing a new A/C unit.

Keith is great and always does a top notch job. Very good at explaining things and good at answering questions. I always request him and have never been disappointed.

Brian Veile, did a fantastic job figuring out the issue with the AC unit for my tenant's house. Not only was he very thorough but extremely helpful with sharing his knowledge of the issue. I will definitely recommend Chapman going forward.

We always request David for our service/maintenance calls. He does a great job. We feel like we can trust him if he tells us that a part needs to be repaired or replaced.

I've relied on Chapman for over a decade now and they always provide excellent service. Today, I had Keith out to repair an issued he found with my furnace. He was prompt, efficient with his time, friendly to interact with, and did a great job. And the price is always reasonable. I signed up this year for a AC/Furnace and tankless water heater service contract because they are just that good.

I have no reservations in referring them to friends and family.
