They were prompt and professional. It was a simple capacitor replacement. $300 plus procedure charge 15 minutes and $30 part. But they also add a 100 dignostic fee. They knew within 5 minutes. I feel scalded at $440 for a capacitor change out. Otherwise they were good.

Great experience! Called Chapman for a tune up on my AC. Tom Bullock did a great job. Polite, knowledgeable and kept me informed on what he was doing. I will definitely use them again.

Chris was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and helped clean/update the system and explain everything he did in clear detail. Was beyond pleased with the work he put in and I’m glad we called to have this service done with Chapman.

Brian V performed my semi-annual HVAC check and was extremely thorough and explain to me everything being done. In addition, he totally washed the outside HVAC unit and ensure all was fully operational before leaving. GREAT SERVICE!!

Matt came out and did our spring tuneup and gave us some suggestions on how to protect our system with a surge protector and a better filter. Great service and very friendly. I would highly recommend them.

We’ve used them a few times and have had great experiences. Most recently, we had a unique situation (out of town while our air conditioning went a little haywire) and they worked with us on getting someone out quickly to fix the issue while we were gone. Shout out to David at Chapman for tackling that issue for us!

Tyler, our service technician was very studious and thorough about his inspection and cleaning of our AC unit. I am sure to request him for my next service. He was very polite and patient with our questions and concerns. Chapman is top shelf in my book.
