Every step was excellent. Easy booking online. Excellent office staff that quickly confirmed appointment the next morning. To communication from Earl on when he would arrive. And Earl’s excellent service in completing the repair. Won’t use anybody else to repair our HVAC!

Tyler Earnest is awesome. AC went out during a heat wave of course. Called around and most were either rude or had a wait time weeks long. Got ahold of Chapman and they got Tyler out the next morning. He did a quick fix to get the air running and then came back the next morning for the final fix. Fast, professional, polite and affordable. 100% recommend!

Keith was great and fixed our air conditioning on a Friday night! He was very kind and friendly!!! We signed up for a yearly service plan! He also helped keep us safe by letting us know our furnace was not venting right!!! Thanks so much!

We were pleasantly surprised how quickly we were contacted on a Sunday after scheduling an appointment with the service tech. Pricing was more than fair and our air conditioner was back working in a very short amount of time on a very hot day.

Excellent work! David went the extra mile and notified me of a gas leak outside on the service side of my meter. Gas company came out and fixed it within the hour. David was just out to do my A/C tune- up. Thank you Chapman!

Tankless water heater install... They showed up early. They kept us in the loop about where they were at in the job. No unexpected charges. They were not only professional but also very personable. Lewis took us through the work and fine tuned everything to our liking at the end. Couldn't have been happier with the service.

Had Chapman come out and give me a quote for some AC repair. The service tech spent about 3 minutes assessing what needed to happen. Gave me very little info and then provided a quote for $1300. Looked up some of the material/equipment online and found everything marked up beyond belief. Called back for an explanation and many of the costs were attributed to a “number my manager gave me for the labor”.

Got a second opinion from a different company and they were able to do all of the repair for $450. Use Chapman if you want to pay 3x as much as their competitors! Trying to price gauge customers who don’t have the expertise themselves. Would give 0 out of 5 stars if possible.

Great guys, did their job great! Answered all questions. I have also used Chapman for plumbing issues. Would definitely recommend them. Andrew and Nolan went above and beyond!
