We just bought a new home. After using RotoRooter to find out why our upstairs bathroom made a gluggy sound and toilet would not flush, they said the problem was a myster and to try replacing the toilet. We did what RotoRooter said and had same issue still witha brand new toilet.

Jake's plumbing team came and figured it out in 5 minutes. And had the issue fixed within an hour.

When our furnace went out in the winter Jake's team was at our home quickly...and it was late at night. They helped get all the necessary paperwork to our home warranty company and made that process smooth. Will use again and highly recommend.

I use Jake’s to take care of my aging mothers HVAC system. I am 8 hours South, so I rely on their team to service her system well and do quality work. I like knowing they have trustworthy engaged owners that are available to answer questions and ensure she is getting the service she needs and not being sold products in excess.

Was called out for a water leak. The technician was very polite and professional and did everything to my satisfaction. I will call them again if I need plumbing done.

I had Summers come out 3 weeks ago and they tried to snake the drain and they couldn't get it to drain. So they had me try bio-clean for 3 weeks and told me they had a jetter if bio-clean didn't work and they could use the jetter. Well they apparently do NOT have a jetter and said there was nothing else they could do for me.

So i called Jake's this morning, Chris came out 3 hours later and I now have a working drain! I wish I would have called Jake's 3 weeks ago instead of Summers now. But I now plan on canceling my service plan with Summers and I might start using Jake's. Thanks Chris!
