My technician Lance Whittaker showed up in a very nice looking van and dressed professionally. I told him what was going on with my sewer backing up out of the pipe in the backyard. He brought out his machine and showed me the camera and what was causing the backup. He got it working as well as bringing to my attention some other issues that will need to be addressed some time down the road. I was very impressed with Lances' knowledge. I will definitely be calling this company back for my future needs and would like to see Lance on the job. Thank you for your professionalism and concern of my situation. I'm also amazed at the technology nowadays.
