I called Josh personally and he was able to fit me into his schedule without notice. Came out to my home promptly and told me what was going on with my A/C unit. He was very knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward. His input helped me to make the right decision. Thank you Josh!

You don't work on oil fueled furnaces and that's what I have. Your service tech was very professional and curtious.

My gas hot water heater pilot light went out and wouldn't come back on. I called for service to see what was going on. Lady was very nice and was able to get me scheduled within a few days of calling (since I called on a Friday). She said they would call me before showing up. The day of the appointment they called and said they would arrive in 20 min. They arrived on time. They looked at the hot water heater and estimated it to be very old, like borrowed time old. So he did make some suggestions of either getting it repaired or getting it replaced. He explained the pros and cons of repairing it and the pros and cons of replacing it. It would be more cost effective for replacement, so we went with replacement. They set up the appt for replacing it for the next day- so very efficient in setting up that appt.
They guys were professional, professionally dressed, and was thorough on explaining everything.

Came out and made sure my ac was fully charged and ready for summer

Lance was great. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Not only did he take the time to check everything thoroughly; he explained everything very well and educated me on household plumbing issues.
