Josh was awesome! He came out late on a Saturday evening to find the problem. We were looking at a two week wait for the part locally but Josh drove 2 hrs to pick up the part and got my business up and going on a Sunday afternoon. Thank you Jake's Heating, Air and Plumbing.

We had a new hot water heater and flue pipe installed recently and were pleased with the professional manner of the installers, Chris & Chad. They were very informative as to what they were going to do and kept us informed of their progress. They had to order a different anode rod and flue pipe once they were here.
