Jake's Installed a new furnace for us 5 years ago and we have been impressed with the service, product and commitment that the company offers. We chose Jake's to install our new A/C unit and we are very happy with the results!

Very excellent job replacing water pump. They stayed until the job was completely done, even thou it took over the time they expected. Very professional and curious and on time that they said they would be here. Would recommend to anyone. Have no complaints with Jacks!!

Chad Butler was informative, professional, a hard worker, punctual, and knowledgeable. He kept us informed as to what he found and explained what it would take to correct the problems. Jake's Heating, Air, & Plumbing were great to work with. The company sends text to let you know who to expect at your door and when they will be arriving.

Donald did an outstanding job..he is very thorough and knowledgeable, he gave me the price up front and I am totally satisfied with his work!

Lance was prompt and professional. My old house ended up having some pipe issues that complicated the repair process but Lance stayed with it and figured out a way to fix the problems. Considering all the unexpected issues, I felt the price was quite reasonable. He also was able to come faster than originally estimated which was great.

Very kind and explained things well for me. Found a concerning problem we were unaware of and offered solutions without high pressure. I would absolutely call them again!

Donnie and Lance were both fantastic getting us taken care of. Our water heater went out and we were able to make an appointment the next day, and they got our service done that day too! We weren’t without hot water for 24 hours! Both were extremely friendly with great customer service as well. Donnie also left us a very nice voicemail complimenting our son. We just appreciate the overall great service and Donnie taking the time to put that in our voicemail just shows one of the reasons we are very pleased with their service. We will eventually have to replace our heat/air system and will definitely use them in the future again! I highly recommend them for any service needs! Thank you again Donnie and Lance!!!

Do not use these guys they are just salesman they don't fix anything they want to sell you stuff.. guy shows up says he looked at my water heater and that I needed a new one water heater is only a few years old... After he left I did some inspection and found out it was my thermal release device super simple repair and very obvious it is the first thing you see when you look in my water heater

Needed a plumber this weekend and thought we’d give Jake’s Plumbing a try. They got here same day, Chad Butler was personable and knowledgable and got us all fixed in a short bit of time.

Jake’s Plumbing is my go-to from here on out.

Very thorough in what has to be done before the new unit to be installed. And showed me what needs to be done to keep the furnace going.
