Jake's went above and beyond my expectations. Their team was friendly, transparent, easy to contact, and really did a great job. We had a power surge that took out all our appliances. We needed a new ac unit and water softener replaced asap. They were super fast compared to other companies scheduled 2 weeks or more out. Jake threw in a free surge protector and also a free water softener with the AC upgrade. I also learned today he does a lot of work for our Veterans. If you are up in the air about what company to use, do yourself a favor and go with Jake's. They also price match. Thank you Jake for helping us! We are customers for life!

So many great and timely repairs, that we became monthly members! Josh has worked on and maintained our HVAC unit multiple times and Donnie repaired a plumbing issue we had recently. Every experience has been smooth and handled quickly! It's great to finally have a company and technicians I can trust with our home projects at prices that are very reasonable. So happy with the service and discounts/perks being a member have brought us!

The service was outstanding. The technician was very honest and did an outstanding job. He explained the situation to me and gave me all of my options. He left it up to me and did not try to push any additional purchases on me. I really liked that about the service. I will continue to use their services and will highly recommend.

They didn't show up prepared. We have a number of units and two of them require a ladder to get into the attic and they did not bring a ladder with them. I had to provide a ladder. They have been out here for a few years so they should have known what they needed.

Jake's was great to work with through the quote and install process for a new AC in an older home. Great customer support and very helpful technicians. Definitely recommend.

They have been our go-to people for plumbing work and heating duct cleaning for years. Everyone they have sent to do work for us has been polite, professional ,and efficient. They are a first class operation!

They install all new plumbing system.. installed a outdoor water spicket, installed a pressure tank on water heater, plus numerous other repairs.
So very friendly, prompt and courteous, a very energetic and thorough worker.

10/10 recommend! From the first phone call to schedule the appointment to the follow up phone call after the service, all people we extremely nice. I received a timeframe in which they would be out and told I would be notified when the tech was on his way. I received a text and phone call when he was 20 minutes out. Chad arrived when he said he would. He was extremely nice and explained things well every step of the way. I was working from home and he was respectful of me being on meetings and was very respectful of my home by wearing his foot coverings, even when I told him he didn't have to. This was the first time we used Jake's and I am very impressed!

I put a large addition on my house and they installed all the plumbing to 2 new bathrooms, hot water heater and laundry room. They did a great job. Showed up when they said they would. Stayed on the job till it was done. Took longer than expected, but was more difficult than expected. William was wonderful and thorough. Thanks Jake's for a job well done!

We switched to Jake's from a different HVAC company with which we were dissatisfied. Jake's has been wonderful! We own two historic commercial buildings and our experience with our normal heating system maintenance was so improved than that of our former company - their maintenance employees were communicative, informative, thorough, and respectful to our building tenants. Then, the building next to our historic Main Street buildings burned and we had to go through the difficult remediation process - severe smoke/soot damage. They provided us a fair quote and worked with our insurance company to get everything approved. They were timely in their availability to get us back on track - and their crew was so pleasant to have in our buildings for several days. They do what they promise!
