Very affordable and very professional! $1725 to install a 50 gallon water heater in my crawl space. Summers quoted me $3500. Avoid the big chains like Peterman and Summers and their outrageous prices. You're just funding the advertising machine. These local guys are great!

I have used All Seasons for at least 11 years. They always give great service. They are always professional and they know their business.

Short Version: Very poor customer service. All-Seasons HVAC does NOT stand behind their work. Installed my furnace incorrectly.

Lengthy Version:

I had a home built by TK Constructors in 2021, at which time they contracted out the HVAC to All-Seasons. After noticing that my propane gas furnace was using a very large amount of propane, and constantly cycling on I contacted both my gas company (County Gas) and All-Seasons.

County Gas checked for leaks outside on the tank and from the tank to the outdoor regulator. No leaks found. I contacted All-Seasons and spoke with their service manager Brody Doane. I explained the situation and received the response “Yeah, ok, what do you want me to do about it exactly?”. A little surprised at the borderline rude response I then asked if there were any chance that there could be a “setting, valve or switch” not installed correctly that could be causing this issue. I was grasping at straws but knew something wasn’t right. The response was “No, it wouldn’t be anything like that. It would’ve been checked out after it was installed.” Brody couldn’t have acted more uninterested if he had tried. So I decided to have a second and third opinion.

Commercial Service came out for a leak test and thorough inspection of the home but nothing was found but noted something couldn’t be right due to the amount of gas being consumed in such a mild couple months in an average sized home.

The 3rd technician is a friend who spotted the issue almost immediately once inside. He said “How much you wanna bet that 7-11 water column regulator isn’t set correctly?” (see attached pictures) Sure enough, my furnace system requires 11 water column to run efficiently and it was getting 7.57. He explained my furnace was working its butt off non-stop trying to keep up but it just couldn’t due the fact it wasn’t getting enough gas and instead was running constantly wasting gas trying to get to temp. It also then made sense to me why the air blowing out of the vents was almost cool (like a heat pumps would be) instead of warm.

All I asked for was a partial reimbursement of 1 tank fill up, as obviously I would’ve used some gas no matter what. I was told no. I was told they don’t provide any reimbursement for equipment malfunction that results in the use of more gas. That’s perfectly fine, it wasn’t a malfunction, it was an incorrect installation. They choose to not make it right so that’s on them but I would never use them in any capacity if they can’t admit a error and try to do the right thing, but that’s how it works these days.

All Seasons came out and did a diagnostic on my furnace which showed that the furnace was beyond repair. The technician explained why it was not safe to try to repair. We made an appointment to get the new furnace put in for within a few days. The furnace was put in in about 3.5 hours. Excellent, clean , and quick!

As always, Mike was on time, friendly and did an excellent job on furnace maintenance. We have been with All Seasons since 1986 and bought 2 furnace/ac systems from them..

We are so impressed with the service we have received from All Seasons! We had an older air conditioning unit that we knew was quite possibly on its last leg. It went out last Thursday evening and my husband called Friday morning fully anticipating that it being hot, summer, and a Friday we may not get get anyone out to us. We were pleasantly surprised we had a technician out that afternoon! Our unit needed replacing, and the turnover for that was swift… we had it replaced promptly this Tuesday morning. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the two men that came to our home… their professionalism, cleanliness (they left things cleaner than I anticipated and made their work look neat), and work ethic were impressive. We were also pleased with the office staff that we had to deal with scheduling this for us. They were kind, swift and a breeze to deal with. Lastly, I’d like to note the value we feel we received. In a time of inflation we thought this replacement was more than reasonable. We will recommend them to all our family and friends!

I would highly recommend All Seasons! They got here the same day, diagnosed the problem, gave us options, were super nice to deal with, and put a new tankless water heater in for us! I could not be any happier with my experience. Thanks!! John H.

Had water draining out over the basement floor. Was evidently a clogged up drain, but not something we could figure out ourselves. We had a 12 - 4 appointment and the service representative was there well before that. Called when on his way. Very friendly. Very thorough. Took care of the problem in short order. The price was very reasonable and all is now in working order. No more mopping needed. Thank you. Will definitely recommend this company.
