There are a number of people on this thread who gave 5stars so that their review would be read. The rating of this company is over inflated because of that.
This company was recommended to me by BradfordWhite who has taken over a contract for GE Parts on a GE manufactured water heater. The water heater has a recall on it due to a known sensor issue that does not affect the function of the unit, only causes the unit to beep as if the filter needs to be replaced. Bradford sent me additional parts just in case and All Seasons was supposed to come out, diagnose the problem and install only the needed parts. The repair man knew the issue, actually said to me "typically they only send this" pointing to what i think was the sensor. Said "ill be done in an hour".. 1.5hrs later i went to check up and he had the entire unit taken apart and was replacing non broken parts. 5.5hrs later he was still working on the unit, at $110/hour. Had i known that this was going to be the case I would have never done the repair. Once finished he gave me a discount ($400) and told me i had to pay on the spot, which stupidly I did. After he left the unit turned on and sounded like I have a car running in my basement. I called back to get them to come take a look, 3 weeks and 2 missed appointments later (which i had to call and remind them they were supposed to be coming) the repair man told me that the motor he installed (which wasn't broken to begin with) is not functioning properly and he would have to get the replacement part from Bradford White and re-install and charge me again.
UPDATE: Guy eventually made it right after persistent pestering by me. Not going to update the stars but I will update this as it was resolved at no additional cost to me.
If we could give it a lower rating we would. Good initiation in giving us a quote and taking the first half installment(july2) and went downhill right after. Took them over two weeks to get the equipment and delayed installing TWICE claimed all the stuff didn’t arrive (Friday and following Tuesday). Said they’ll come on next Friday to install but never showed up or even called. After calling them several times without any response we decided to tell them we wanted our refund. They immediately called back saying they’ll come following Tuesday and for once they showed up with all the gear. Finally installed only to find they couldn’t snake through the ceiling to put a power cord into the breaker. Next day tried again with no luck. Said they’ll come back with electrician and then AGAIN no follow up. Now we are talking August 1. (This is three heat waves later). Two days later we called our electrician to come Friday and called to inform them about this. Right after they called to say they’re getting theirs and it will be done the very next day which it did thankfully. Best part is the owner called that same day (who rarely took our calls) asking for the second half installment (which we had agreed on) but wanted us to pay extra for electrician work (which was already included in the quote). I would NOT recommend this company whatsoever!!!! Extremely annoying and disappointing experience!!! I’m just glad it’s over.
Watch out! After shopping different companies for my elderly mother, I ordered and was invoiced a particular brand. He installed a different brand. I actually didn’t know this until later when one of his employees asked “who installed this piece of $&@?* I tried to be nice. But quite simply, in the end he wants to charge me for removal of the wrong unit and won’t give me my money back. I’m filing a small claims suit against him today. There is more I could post but he’s just not worth it.
I called 11 companies in Rhode Island to see if they could come out and see my outdoor unit. Half the companies were booked for a couple of days, the other half took my number and offered to call back. Only one company called back. Luckily I called All Seasons Heating and A/C. I spoke to a very pleasant lady who offered to dispatch someone to assist me today. The technician fixed the problem within 10 minutes and we received a very reasonable bill for the work provided. I had fears of a new unit being required and instead it was a condenser.
Worst place ever! Drilled holes on bathroom wall and tiled floor to install new baseboard then realized it was in wrong location!. Should be near or under the window. So had major repairs to do.. When doing kitchen install drilled onto kitchen tile by accident. So more damage.. Then installed all heating baseboards onto my baseboard trim and not directly onto my wall.. So all the heating baseboards were couple inches away from my walls and not against.. After many complaints, they left halfway thru the job wanting to quit but I already financed the job thru national grids loan program. ( we were converting oil to gas) It was a big hassle to hire someone else..they took over a month to return and finish the job leaving us with heat in 1 room in whole house. Luckily it was oct..not too cold. When came back to finish and correct all the issues they hired a different outside contractor to do all the corrections. Clearly they didn't know what they were doing..So much damage and hack work.. The owner came quote the job really cheap then he sends hvac students to come do the job! I found this out cause I was wondering why some workers would have to leave halfway thru the day or arrive later in the day.. I was told that they had to go to class..lol. These kids weren't even certified! I could type more horror issues about what took place in my house but I don't wanna spend all afternoon typing! I'm surprised this place is still in buisness! They did my job a while back and still having nightmares..BEWARE!!! Don't always go with the cheapest quote.. After this whole mess was over I had to pay several thousand to repair all the damage they caused.. Once my heat was finally working and looked decent, I wanted them GONE! Wish I could post negative stars!
I would give him 0 stars but google didnt let me...This is one unpleasant fellow . He is actually in bussiness cause he has a contract with a housing devolpment. That is the only reason. Had problems with my ac unit and he was practically accusing me of damaging the ceiling. He likes to roll his eyes at people. And is very disrespectful to people. Since he has a contract and knows he is gonna get paid he knows he can be unpleasant to people and not get fired. If i owned my own house and had problems with my ac/heat system and read ALL THESE BAD REVIEWS i wouldnt call him. He doesnt care about his clients he just wants to get paid...
Sincere advice, look else ware. Customer service is not good. Looks like the person taking the appointments has no control of the contractor that is on the move and had the audacity to say service is completed when the contractor was not here. Management needs to step up.
Michelle Coppolino is a friend of theirs. Their website was never hacked. They own the net and I own the com that shows how corrupt this business is. They were recently sued for putting in cheaper parts as well as stealing my logo and not paying me for my service. You can read the truth on the Com and then decide on the facts. Sadly they do not like people telling the truth about their shady business tactics. Happy New Year
Buyer Beware! After 4 days trying to get my heating unit to work called another service. Iron Man Mike came out on Friday night fixed the unit within the hour. Thank God! Because All heating was coming the next day to install a new burner that I did not need.
The seems to be the worst service money can buy. If you google them first before you buy, then you will see why. How are they still in business? Oh yea... it seems that they charge clients for the name brand parts but in reality put in parts "made in china".
