Ken's Heating

The person I had to clean out my oil burner retired. For the last 2 years I had Ken's heating and oil come to clean out my boiler. Log story short. I had no hot water the last 4 days. When the bolier started it sounded like a plane was flying in my basement. I had TH Malloy come and with 10 minutes the probelm was resolved. The kid that came form Ken's the last 2 years put in the wrong size nozzle!!! This could have been much worse. I say the kid becasue he was very young. unprfessional, banging stuff, swearing profanities. At the time of the cleaning I called Ken's the next day and requested the kid never come back to my house. If I could give Ken's ZERO stars I would.

I called Ken to come out and check an oil burner. He was able to accommodate my request for a Saturday appointment which was great. When Saturday came He was prompt, even showed up early, did a thorough inspection of the unit and let me know exactly what was going on with it. I was very happy I called Ken.

Ken is the best--called when the gas furnace wasn't coming on. I didn't have a service plan for annual cleaning so took up his offer to do that while he was there. He found and fixed the problem for the furnace not coming on right away. Reasonably priced

The heater went out, I called Ken heating to get some help, he called back right away, an appointment was set up for the following day. His son came over. He cleaned up the heating system. Everything is working fine now.

was recommended by someone in my area. called and made an appointment, thing seemed to be going great, on the night before got a call to cancel the appointment because other people had no heat, I got that and didn't make a fuzz, made a new appointment for 1/2/18 and guess what, they never showed, I called and they never even called back. great professionalism! wish i could give them no stars !

If I could zero stars i would. Called bc my furnace was leaking water. Came out and my 84yo mother in law answered. Clearly 52° in my house and he said he couldn't work bc it was too dirty down there Well ya. It was leaking. Fyi some wet spots on the floor. Nothing major. Guy needs to get a different job where he doesn't get his hands dirty.
It's like my landscaper not mowing bc there was leaves.
Useless Ken

KEN IS THE WORSE PLUMBER EVER. I USED HIM AND HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. I CALLED HIM TO COME OUT AND REPAIR MY HEATING SYSTEM AND HE NEVER SHOWED UP. I HAD TO PAY ANOTHER COMPANY TO COME OUT, WHO HAD TO CHANGE EVERYTHING HE DID. '0" STARS

Never showed up as kept telling us to call back to check out, poor communications
