We recently scheduled a tune up from a large competitor of All Seasons and were so busy they pushed it off until late July, In the meantime while we waited,107° heat index hit and our A/C went down. Big fancy guys with TV ads and cute vinyl wrapped vans said it would still be days before they could get to us. On the recommendation of a friend we called All Seasons and 2 hours they had a technician at our house. He was friendly, competent, explained what he was doing without being condescending and there was no upsell for service packages or unnecessary work. Thankfully, the price was the first thing in months that didn't seem effected by inflation! After several bad experiences lately with contractors and services it was heartening to find one I can highly recommend.

Heater blower went out. They sent someone out to diagnose and try to get blower operating. $120 for diagnosis. That part was good. Tech was good and gave an honest effort for about an hour. I was more than happy to pay that.
The blower install the next day was ugly from a different tech. They quoted one price and when the installer tech arrived, he told me it would be another $200 over the $700+ they had estimated. I had to call the estimator to get half of that money back.
The installer cut a wire that could have just been easily disconnected from interlock switch and joined it back up with a wire nut. Additionally he failed to connect ground from motor to frame, just let it flopping around. I had to fix that myself. It was an easy 5 minute job, but again, a frustrating lack of attention to detail and doing things really quickly instead of taking a few extra minutes to do them well especially considering how much labor they quoted for me.
I agreed to their outrageous price because I wanted heat but they charged $400-500 labor for a 1.5 hour install and then proceeded to do a slipshod rushed job. If they connected things up correctly and not cut wire unnecessarily (or fixed it correctly) they would have gotten another star. If they would have called me to explain the motor price situation instead of making me call them, another star. They are definitely not irredeemably bad. They seem to know what they are doing, but just failed to execute well on this one.
When I asked about fixing the wire he mistakenly cut, he said he could do it, but he'd have to charge me more. I did that myself too. It took me about 15 minutes.
For an extra 20 minutes effort and a quick call from the guy who blew the estimate, this could have been a very decent review and I'd be convincing you to use these folks. They did respond quickly and fix the problem.
I wouldn't have bothered even complaining in a review because I have heat and better things to do with my time, but they asked for a review three times, so ok then, here is your review.

I contacted All Seasons when I was in a crunch and wanted to find someone to scope a 70 year old house with original sewer line piping that I was under contract for. I'd scheduled another plumber to come by earlier in the week to do a scope but they didn't have the tools needed, which was a bit disappointing since I was working with a short timeline. All Seasons was able to fit in a scope same day, which was fantastic, but what I appreciated most was how patient and understanding Junalee and the plumbing manager Scott (I believe that's his name) were. The next time I need a plumber/HVAC professional, I'll definitely be calling them first.

They ask for a credit card up front. They went to property, then tell me they cannot repair because it's a Whirlpool water heater. It would be nice to know beforehand that repair of Whirlpool water heaters is outside their skillset so I don't have to waste $99 to find this out. I never thought I'd have to advise this, but when you call a licensed plumber re your water heater, let them know the brand and model and ask them if they are able to diagnose and repair the unit. If not, use your $99 elsewhere.

Excellent service! Steve came to our home within 30 minutes of calling for our heating problem on the snowiest day of the year and fixed our heating problem within 15 mins. Steve was very professional, knew what he was doing and polite! I would highly recommend and will be calling back for future needs!

I needed an A/C system put in an older home. I had 5 different contractors come out and look at it and only 2 offered estimates. 1 was All Seasons and their estimate was half as much as the other guy. They got the job and did excellent work. Also, recently I had an issue with the heatpump on another home.Their tech came out the day I called and it was the coldest day of the year and he fixed it. It's hard to find contractors these days who don't try to rip you off and will complete a job but All Seasons is the best I've found. No need to look anywhere else.

I can't say enough about the customer service I received. I had an issue with my system that had been installed in January of this year. I first spoke with Brittany when the office opened, she was able to have Steve the service tech, have me try a reset while on the phone, unfortunately it did not work. Steve came out shortly after and found that the problem was not with my equipment and diagnosed the problem, made a fix and gave me some great advice on what updates I need to have made to my electrical system. The price I paid for the service and advice were well worth it. Prompt, courteous and affordable!

He tried to program the thermostat but something was wrong with it. Will order new one. I still haven’t received a receipt.

Steve is fantastic. To start with he was to come on and provide me a quote for new system. He started to ask questions and he must have a notion or "super powers" but went ahead and started to poke around my unit just to make sure.... if I did or did NOT need a new system but just a repair. Once I explained the details of what happened he went to work. He double checked everything and came back to me and said "You don't need a new system". He explained what he saw and said this is just needing to corrected. He made my day, week, month and most likely year.
Heating and cooling systems are challenging enough but Steve listened to the problem and did some poking around even though he was to quote new system he saved me a ton of money! I feel better knowing that I did not need a new system and was happy to pay another service call. Steve made All Seasons a company who has gained my trust. Thank you.

Busted a shut off valve in the bathroom. They were here within 2 hours. Service was very good. Would definitely recommend!
