Our unit was purchased through a sales rep at our home in 2018, at which time we were impressed with the value and the overall promise of service and response to any concerns.
Since that time, the unit has continued to function at maximum efficiency. The Spring and Fall service calls were promo, respectful and professional. We're very pleased.

Serviced natural gas line that had water in the line. Up and running in less than 30 minutes. Scott was an excellent technician.

Bill and Doug did an awesome job with the install. Totally professional. No mess. When they were done the job was done. No follow up necessary.
Brian did a fine of providing me the right info on the choices I needed to make.

I am only giving them one star simply because they did install a new furnace and AC unit. Other than that, I was not happy with the service. Originally called because there was a leak under the furnace. They told us it was due to the furnace tray leaking. Not one person working for this company came into my home wearing a mask (during a pandemic). Not even while speaking with my husband. Young man who replaced the thermostat, walked upstairs without announcing himself while myself and daughter were home...I guess he was just going to walk around until he found it. The leak was still happening, so they sent out 3 other people 3 different times, and no one could tell us where it was coming from (after paying $6,000 for new furnace and AC per their advice) they couldn't even be bothered to vacuum out the air vent next to the filter before installing the new furnace. One person was even a plumber. After the plumber looked at it, he said they would contact us...they still haven't contacted us. I finally had my father look at who is 67 yrs old. He figured out it was a clog in a pipe connected to the washer. Tell me how so many "professional" couldn't find the problem? Or even bother to call back after the last visit. I will never use or recommend this company again.

I had a bad seal on a toilet replaced and a garbage disposal installed. Great service and price. I called a few places for estimates and All Seasons was the most affordable. I definitely recommend them.

We are new to Bloomington and of course when we go to install a new Nest thermostat we ran into issues. We have three very young kids and Steve made sure to get us back up and running quickly. We had to have them out again for a broken capacitor - it was a quick fix and done that day - thankfully because it was a hot day! We have been impressed with their timeliness and knowledge - will definitely use them again in the future.

We were very happy with the install and price on a new heating and cooling system and water heater. Efficient and professional.

We had a faucet that broke and the water kept running. We called on Saturday morning at 8:00am and they we here by 10. An hour and 45 mintues and our problem was solved! Would highly recommend All Seasons!!

They called me within the time frame I was was told by the office. Arrived on time. Steve was very knowledgeable and had my problem fixed and was on his way within 30 minutes! Reasonably priced. Will call them again when needed.

Steve Dwigans was the service technician that repaired our furnace. He was super knowledgeable, punctual and generous with his time. He did a fantastic job. I can't reccomend this company highly enough.
