This company is not reliable. The technician showed up a day late, sat in his truck more than he worked on the AC unit. Was not able to tell me what was wrong with the unit, stated he needed to talk with his supervisor and I just needed a new unit. when I got the call back the next day, I was advised it just needed freon. The unit was working just not efficiently before the tech came out after he left it totally stopped working.

All Seasons repaired my AC unit in 8/15, they took almost a month to complete the repairs, kept saying they were waiting on the warranty company, which was a lie. Left several messages, they never called back and when I did speak to someone all they would say is that they had to speak to the owner, no one else can answer a question or make a decision. It's now less than 2 years later and I'm having problems with the unit again, had to call several times, never returned my calls, finally spoke to someone who said they only provide a 1 year warranty. This company is the worst, will never use them again!

I am so completely upset with this company and my home warranty. Our AC is out and our home warranty assigned All Seasons. When calling them it states their voice mail is full and is not excepting phone calls. This is unacceptable! Our home warranty will not reassign another company due to All Seasons being allowed 48 hours to call us back. I will not be using this company and I will be finding another home warranty company.

Company is unresponsive and slow to repair. They may come out but always have to leave to get parts and don't come back for days. They have lied to me and try to blame warranty company. They refused to leave my bad compressor so that I could take it to the recycle yard and tried to charge me $65 disposal fee for it. The owner is the only one who can make any decisions and he is never available to make them. Never again.

Made a AC maintenance appt with them. After they left my AC broke. They came back and checked on it and said the motor was out all of a sudden. Interesting timing.. Will update my review once we see how they handle thisp..

UPDATE: it got worse.they came back again and said there was ANOTHER part broken...and they tried to leave and make us wait to the next day. We finally forced him to go get a part. He came back and fixed it with a bad attitude. The next day I leave to go to work and find my gate open. THEY NEVER CLOSED MY GATE AND MY DOGS GOT LOOSE. if you value your house or your family do not use this company. Shame on them.

This company my insurance co choose what a great disappointment. Our a/c died on Friday we called our insurance stating All season will call within a 24 hour timeframes, they didn't
When they found time on Monday morning she wanted to schedule sometime on Tuesday. As everybody knows one day without a/c is deadly. I would NEVER recommend this co.

my experience the first time with this company wasn't any better then this last time I HAD to use them. The first time I used them they took four weeks to get anything done while I suffered in a hot house in the middle of July in Arizona!!!! their office is soooo incompetent its unbelieveable!!!! now this time I'm going on 2 weeks with no progress!!!!! if I could give less the 1 star I would!!! And will NEVER!! use them again!!!!

Awesome customer service with all 3 people I talked to here, also they got my a/c fixed in a timely matter, the only thing that took long was getting the approval from my warranty company which has nothing to do with them so I was happy with my experience.

We’ve been delayed for over a week during the heat of July/August. Honestly this business is a scam. For any home warranties.
