Orlando arrived right on time and after I described the cooling problem, he immediately diagnosed the problem part and had it repaired quickly. He also was careful when working in my attic and cleaned up afterwards. He’s a pleasant, courteous person and a real asset to your company.

Orlando was fantastic. He was able to quickly diagnose and repair the issue. We called Service Express as a 2nd opinion and glad we did. The necessary repair was much simpler and cheaper than what we were originally told. We will be calling Service Express first from now on.

Service Express was recommended to us by our roofer Feze because per his inspection, we needed to have our chimney pipe replaced and up to code to proceed with the roof repair. They showed up on time and work fast an efficiently. There was a bit of back and forth about putting a hole in our wall. They were doing their best to avoid it at all cost but we could tell it was just making it harder on them so we told them to go ahead and do. They still did not want to do it. We really appreciated that they were trying to respect our home but seeing them struggle was just too much for us. So we put the hole in the wall for them! Everyone was great and worked hard. Very friendly and I would definitely recommend this company to others!

This is probably the third or fourth time my wife and I have used Service Express and we always end up more than satisfied. Our first experience was when they replied our second floor a/c unit. Great job. Then they really came through when we developed a leak in a very difficult spot in our baseboard hot water heating pipes in a bay window of our dining room. Alex, the owner, went the extra mile in saving the pipes that were already there and stopping the leak. The most recent job they completed was rerouting the drain line on our a/c unit down two stories and to the laundry sink. Since we have an older plaster and lath home I thought it might be a problem for them but they knocked it out in about 90 minutes.

Bottom line is I'd recommend them to anyone.

Moved into a new condo unit earlier this year and our furnace died on a very cold night. Service express sent Kenny V out to fix the issue. He came within 2 hours of when we called and patiently and diligently restored our furnace to working order, also checked for other faults along the way. He is a star and we were lucky to have him. 5 stars and a plus one for Kenny V

Our furnace complete broke down over the first cold snap over Christmas. Not only were the guys quick, they were also very nice! We highly appreciate you! If anyone is on the fence about the company these guys will ask and verify before they do anything. They don't upcharge. The girls in the office are forth coming with prices and will helped us with instructions of which have rebates. You will not find a better staff! Again, Thank you!!
